I needed to find a very specific model and make of the piece I was looking for. Only Badkamermarkt had it for sale. The price was good and the delivery was very quick.

I was suspicious because the prices were so low, especially compared to Belgium. I bought a Belgian bath (detremmerie) for 1000 euros cheaper than it is sold ....in... Belgium. Badkamermarkt made the effort to secure me the last one in the factory too! everything was delivered and exactly as it should be. Excellent service..thanks guys!

Only one regret on the second order which was a bit delay, not due to Badkamermarkt, but cause of Xmas time and Dutch and French post office delay at this period.

Excellent customer contact service before-sales and logistic service excellent. The order is delivered on the day requested and traceability of online parcel is perfect. Prices are often better than the price of major retailers in the country

I ordered 3 washbasin's during the reconstruction of my apartment, 2 were broken and they were not replaced because I did not tell them within 48 hours of the problem, this is really bad service. During a bath reconstruction, not every day is plannable.
I would not recommend using badkamer.nl anymore.

Echter wordt tijdens het orderproces en in onze Algemene Voorwaarden duidelijk vermeld dat schade binnen 48 uur aan ons gemeld dient te worden. Daarom is het altijd van belang dat u uw bestelling direct na ontvangst goed controleert. Wij vinden het erg vervelend dat uw wastafels beschadigd zijn maar kunnen in dit geval helaas niets voor u betekenen. Onze welgemeende excuses voor het ongemak.
