Delivery was too late - time frame should be max 2 hours and not 6 hours that strech to 8 hours
Delivery was in the afternoon insted of morning actually 2 hours after latest given time limit which is a problem if you take half free day . Driver told me that he had 14 deliveries instead of notmal 6-7 which has caused delays which is than wrongly planned

Product not delivered on appointed day, after I waited for the whole day at home. No one returning my calls or emails. I still do not have the product.

improved experience
Initial phone call sounded akward and first reaction took longer then 24h. Ever since first review experience has improved a lot. Mailing back and forth with Bert regarding my entire bathroom.
Looking forward to finalising my own thoughts/bathroom design and ordering!
