Badech Can't Be trusted!

This Company has recently Lied to Me. I bought an item from them an #1 they sent the wrong item, and #2 they refused to send the Correct item. #3 They said that I had to return the item they already sent. #4 I left specific instructions for them to let their Driver know, they did not follow the instructions at all. They only offered a 15% refund. #5 I tried to negotiate w/them to give Me a 40% refund cuz that was all I wld accept. A. Because I never received My Product. B. They do NOT follow Instructions at all.
