Back Market is awesome! My phone completely crashed after 8 months. They sent a return label to have a tech look at it. phone was no good. within days, i was refunded my entire purchase, Wow! The response time is AMAZING! Communication A+! I purchased a new phone from Back Market again with no hesitations!

Everything went very smoothly. Arrived when it should and I received my money back when they said I would. The phone turned out great!!

The iPhone 13 PRO MAX arrived as expected. No scratches. Battery capacity at 90%. Sounded louder and a lot better than my iPhone 11 PRO which I traded in.

Accurate description, fast shipping

I got an excellent condition M1 MacBook Pro on the end of May 2026.

It was almost new, a think only 1 or 2 minor scratches (I can't even say they are scratches as they are almost invisible, you have to look for them carefully and deepl).

Battery was at 47 cycles and 97% health. That's a great experience if you ask me. That's more than what I expected.

Only minor detail is the charging cable was a bit worn. Charger and cable are original, great quality but in fair condition. But I don't care about them, I care more about the real machine, and the machine is almost new, in premium condition.

I would absolutely recommend it and I would use it again for family or friends.
