Received my backdrop within a few days. Super quick. Very good communication with the sales department. They informed me that the artwork I sent was a bit blurry. This allowed me to go and source higher resolution artwork which I sent to them. I would definitely recommend.

These folks make up a custom, printed cover for me and the service is excellent. Delivery is quick, communication is excellent, prices are very reasonable, and the product quality is first rate.

The only minor issue I've had with them is their proofs sometimes mix up dimensions so you do have to check them carefully. This may be specific to me, as they are making a completely bespoke item.

Great communication and great quality. I wanted a custom made product which wasn't listed on the website and Backdropsource were able to assist with this with no issues. Quality is great and I can't wait to display it.

Only small niggle..... I didn't realise I was purchasing from China until the tracking information came through. Thankfully everything was fine, but when I saw my item was coming from China, I was concerned the quality and returns process may be an issue.

Excellent quality and service. Have been building step and repeat photo walls for many years out of wooden frames and solid board prints and decided to use their 6m stretch fabric wall this time and was set up in minutes not hours and looked far better than anything we have used previously; and you can use it again - superb product for what we needed it for

Incredibly quick turn around and very efficient customer services.

Purchased various paper backgrounds from them, white 2.72mts wide, black 2.72 mts and various other colors in the single person format (1,35 mts I think). The quality of the products is very good.
The service has been a mixed-bag experience. One order had like 5 backgrounds but only 4 have been delivered and no notice at all about the 5th. So I had to go and ask, being told it will be delivered, waited and then asked again and waited... and finally being told it wasn't available and a refund has been issued.

I’ve been ordering huge 6 x 3 m photographic unreflective backdrops for the last 15 years. As the technology has improved backstop source is now by far the best and manufacturer.

The quality of the backdrops is amazing. It doesn’t need any steaming as it comes crease free and the vibrant colours are electric. I order at least £400 worth of backdrops a month and the delivery is under four days, which is unbelievable.

This is the second time I've ordered from Backdropsource UK, and once again, I'm thoroughly impressed with both the product quality and the service. This time i did not use the Free Design Service (did i mention FREE design service) but last time I did and was so happy with the designs and how quick the turnaround was from the brief to a mock up, i loved that any changes made were done with no questions asked and the team were fantastic! I ordered 10 of the A1 double-sided Portable Exhibit Display - H-2.3m fixtures, and they did not disappoint. The print quality is excellent, and the displays are incredibly easy to assemble and dismantle, making them perfect for quick setups. Backdropsource continues to deliver reliable, high-quality products that enhance my exhibit presentations. Highly recommended! DO NOT MEET SHIPPING DEADLINES. Order was promised to arrive in time for my event. I ordered the backdrop and a frame.

The backdrop arrived without the frame and was therefore useless. Completely unhelpful customer service, and no refund given.
