Paid £6.99 for next day delivery, the item never arrived. I tried calling however you get a voice message advising to call back in office hours (even though it was between these hours). When i chased up i was told it was waiting in a sorting office for me to collect, there was no note through my door, when i advised of this, i was told, this happens from time to time. When i disputed this and asked for a full refund plus delivery i was advised this wouldn't be possible. I was also advised that i would have to collect the item from the sorting office and PAY to send back, or i could leave it and wait a significant amount of time for it to be returned by the sorting office. Be warned this company has a so called 'delivery tracker' which shows a perfect picture of delivery status i.e 'addressee informed of attempted delivery' this is false as no card was posted through. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME, shocking customer service and out of pocket.

I'm hosting my mum's baby which was in 4 days time when I bought the items. I had to pay for a next day delivery to ensure that I'll receive everything I need. Delivery was fine but the order was not.

They replaced some items that were available on the website to purchase but somehow went "out of stock" on the day I paid for it. Apparently, it was "first come first serve"...well don't advertise for items that are unavailable then! And apparently, the items will not be available for a while so I can't really order again. They offered to send through a self return for me to post the items back but what is the point?!

First and last time buying from this retailer.

Placed a large order for next day delivery - it wasn't received the following day, half the order was missing and some items that were packed in the box were incorrect! I called them and received an apology although was told that as I was in the Channel Islands I shouldn't have expected delivery next day (this was not clear anywhere on the website when placing the order), I was promised a refund for the missing items...that was in May and I still have not been refunded despite numerous emails to which I have not received a response.

Great service, helpful when called, received delivery quicker then I expected. Fantastic.

Would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase games for a baby shower. The service and quick delivery made the purchase so easy.

Very good service, one of my items was out of stock and got a phone call inform,ing me of this and asking if I would like a replacement item. Lady that phoned was very helpful and polite. Will defo use this site again.

I ordered everything for my sisters baby shower on the site and it arrived two days later, well packed and made for an amazing baby shower! Thank you very much.

My card was rejected when trying to check out my order over the weekend. I rang the Baby Shower Host shop who found my order, processed the request and arranged for next day shipping at no extra cost, because of the issue on check out (which clearly wasn't their fault)

Have ordered previously from the baby shower host and never had a problem. I ordered some items to be delivered to my work address but did not arrive on time so I had to re order. Only to find that what I ordered had not been put together, I was disappointed and may not use the service again.

Ordered goods and received them after only 2 days, very impressed with the quality of products and can't wait to use them

Glad l picked the sales design as it is not cheap, also l had paid for a next day delivery on wed at 1.30 so admitidly 30 min over the dead line but only got the parcel late Friday. There was one suitable substitution made. All well packaged and of good quality.
I would buy again.

The packet it came in didn't protect what I brought so the poster inside was really creased and bent .....also the crystal dummies I purchased were deceiving in the picture as they look really big in the picture and they are really tiny in real life also they look like a completely different style of dummy from the picture. The only positive is one of the items I received was what I expected and the posting was very quick.

Received my order quickly. Unfotunately one item was missing . I e-mailed company and almost immediately got reply. Item was in post and I received couple of days later. Excellent service.

I ordered some bits for a baby shower party. These were supposed to have been ordered by someone else but I was let down. I ordered at very short notice and they were delivered on time, which if I had known Baby Shower Host were so prompt, I would have ordered more but I was conscious of the time limit. So if you know when the party is, order in plenty of time, that way you can buy a lot more! I would thoroughly recommend Baby Shower Host.
