Ordered a BabyBay bed from them which…

Ordered a BabyBay bed from them which arrived cracked, and unsafe to use. I have written two separate emails and waited 3 weeks for an answer and have not gotten any reply. Very poor customer service and would not recommend ordering from them.

Terrible customer service

In March I made an order that I decided to return. As there was no return label I contacted customer service who approved the return and said I had to pay the return myself. I payed the return and returned the order in primo April. As I did not hear from Babyshower or received the money, I have tried to contact Babyshower by mail and phone more than 6 times throughout May and June, but they do not reply nor pick up the phone.

Awful customer service - avoid!

Ordered a set of wheel covers for our pram, unfortunately they didn't fit. But the service experience afterwards was pathetic. I basically never write reviews, but this was probably the most frustrating customer service I've had in a decade of online shopping.

We sent a photo to show our wheels were the specified size (35cm), they requested a photo of the wheel covers not fitting. We followed their request, but they basically sent back a message saying they do fit, despite the photo! Even though I'm standing there with the non-fitting wheel cover and my pram wheel in hand *facepalm*. They then offer a postage label, which we accept, but then change their minds and ask for us to take and send a video first. *sigh* OK, so we do that, during which I accidentally actually rip their poor quality wheel cover in an attempt to make it fit. Send them the video, and they still say, yep the wheel covers can fit(!) They offer a refund but only if we pay near half the cost of the product for a return shipping label to send the covers back. So we've jumped all their inconvenient and frustrating hurdles, only to be told we have to pay further for their mistake. No thanks.

Well done babyshower.dk - enjoy the hundred kroner(!) you saved.. I hope it was worth two annoyed parents who'll certainly not buy from you again, and this one star review. Recommendation: avoid!

Update: Since we mentioned there was a negative review heading their way, suddenly there's an offer of a free return shipping label. Surprise surprise.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience with us.
I do remember your case, and I know now why we didn't understand the problem.
The covers that were sent to you was an updated model, and we were not informed from our supplier that they had changed the design. So the ones in the new shipment were not the same as we had in advance - that we were able to fit the wheels.
So I am very sorry for the misunderstanding, and that you had to go through the trouble.
The free return label was not issued because of the mentioning of a bad rewiev - but because we realized that something was actually wrong.
I do not see that we have received the product return, but I have returned the full amount to your account.

Very incompetent company and lowest…

Very incompetent company and lowest level customer service! We bought a pram from ABC via BabyShower, which breaks stopped working after just three months. Babyshower after asking us for a lot of documentation suggested a repair, not even an exchange of broken parts. We have now this case pending for 1,5 year!
We tried to send the pram for repair many times, but firstly BabyShower would send it to repair leaving us without a pram for weeks or months and not providing any substitution. When we finally agreed for a pick-up without a replacement pram, the pram was not picked up, the emails were not answered for weeks. We asked for a pick up for 20th of June, no answer. Suddenly on the 13th of July there came a courier, without informing us beforehand.
After calling again, we agreed a new date for picking up the pram the 18th of July. Now the pram stands packed for another two days. When we called BabyShower we were informed, that it turned out that they cannot order a pick-up, as people are on holidays.
This is an absolutely unserious approach. Waste of time and money. I would stay far away from that company!
I run a business myself, and there is nothing like leaving customers pending as someone goes on holidays. If you keep selling and earning during the holidays, you need to provide a customer service.
It is unacceptable to deal with the repair for 1,5 year, when the simple solution would be to just send the replacement part of the pram.
It is also an issue of safety, the pram with broken breaks is an absolute danger for a child.

I am sorry that you have had a bad experience with us.
I want to start by apologizing, since we actually didn't know that there was a complaint case attached to your order when we took over Babyshower last fall. No cases were open as far as we knew, so we first realized that something was wrong when you contacted us this June.

I see in the mail correspondence that we have been offering to pick up the stroller for repair in the ABC service center since 2 days after your first complaint, because we do certainly agree that the safety needs to be in order. I do understand that it can be difficult to be without the stroller for some days, but that you didn't agree to have it picked up until several months after we offered the repair. Since then, we have been trying to get the stroller picked up, repaired and returned as efficiently as possible - but we have been effected by holiday season and longer handling time.

I do understand that it has been a bad case for you, but if the pick up had been arranged when we first offered it, I am sure that the repair and new delivery had been arranged within a reasonable time frame.

I do hope that you are satisfied with the repair that has been made.

Babybay bedside crib

We just received our babybay bedside crib. It lives totally up to our expectations- it’s beautiful, very good quality and fits very well with our bed.
We can’t wait to sleep right next to our baby girl.
Also, Babyshower handled our order so quickly. We had the package the day after we ordered.

A pleasant shopping experience

Shopping with babyshower.dk was a pleasant experience. I ordered a baby toilet seat with steps. The ordering was easy, the product was delivered earlier than expected. But the best thing is the quality of the product which is amazing. I am very happy and would definitely recommend shopping from here
