Horrible experience with Return
it’s true that you can return items in a store, but nobody tells you that you need to have an email with the order with you (the invoice attached to your order is not enough) and also a physical debit card with you, even though in many other stores is completely fine to get the money returned via your phone. Baby Sam also won’t return you cash in the case you don’t have your physical card with you. And you tell all of this after 30 minutes they’ve been processing your return because they had to see your email at least 5 times. In the end they’ll just tell you should pack your things back and come another day.
So no, I have no further questions worth calling you, I just wish I have known this upfront when I was considering making a purchase. I’d certainly decided not to.

Fantastic
Babysam were so accommodating, while I had just missed their sale, their customer service team got back to me straight away saying I could still have the sale price. The order process was smooth and fast, as was delivery.

Order and "systemfejl"
We ordered an autochair for our son online.
There were only few stores that had it on store as shown in the system so we ordered in Viby and asked a friend to pick it up for us.
As my friend went to the store to pick up the chair they told her that there was a mistake in the system and that they never had it in their stock but they would get it delivered and that is when it should be picked up.
As it was clear that the mistake was not on our end, the lady in the store promised that the chair would be sent to us with GLS as soon as they receive it.
And it worked fine. The system sent out the automated messages that we have to pick it up which got us a little confused, but the chair was delivered swiftly and our requests have been answered. So besides that mistake it all went well and the problem solving was quite efficient
