We purchased an egg pram set from a baby show in May for our baby due in August. Unfortunately the front wheels wobble and the back/rear wheels lock which isn’t safe when walking with baby on the road.
Secondly the isofix for the car seat is so stiff that I cannot use it without my husband present.
We are truly disappointed with the product especially for the amount of money paid. My advice will also be to buy items closer to the date of birth so you are not told you cannot return the items because of the 30 day return policy. We feel cheated for buying an item over £1000 and now having to go through hoops.

We had our full travel system and nursery furniture from Bristols at Sutton and the service, knowledge and advice was exceptional. We left feeling so confident with our purchases, instalment and usage.

We visited the Sutton in Ashfield store. Excellent service would definitely recommend. Made a daunting experience easy and relaxed. Mike was so helpful and lovely when we initally came and helped us choose the right car seat and pram for us - thank you so much for your advice. Annette was also super helpful helping us fit our carseat. Will be back in the future for any other baby bits we may need. Thanks :)

I ordered 2 items on saturday 17th june for baby shower saturday 1st july. was told 3-5 working days for delivery, then when delivery didnt come was told 5-7 working days. its now thursday 29th june and still havent recieved my items. avoid this company.

Popped in to the Mansfield beach to look at a pram and ended up with a ex-display pram system and car seat. Staff were brilliantly helpful and spent over 90minutes with us going through everything. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Bought the SnuzCloud and the Obaby Chair in grey. First baby staff really helpful and friendly. If you want to have a look at pushchairs fantastic also a small selection of cribs and cots upstairs. Parked right at the front of the shop. Best baby shop we have been to as yet xx

Avoid this place at all costs. They only care about your money, as soon as they have it you don't matter. If you receive your items, IF YOU RECEIEVE Them, check to see if they are damaged, I bet they are. I have contacted the owner (from what I've been told) Imran @ babyplanetonline.co.uk and I still haven't heard anything. I have tried emailed the store 5 times, never gets dealt with. The customer service team has never contacted me. There ghosting me over a refund for an item I have never received. Just AVOID these scammers.

Brilliant customer service! Answered all my questions about my items with so much detail! We purchased pushchair, cot, side cot and car seat. Helped us get as much discount too. Would definitely recommend!! Lovely place and people!
