Grandson’s first laptop.
I bought this laptop for my grandson’s 7th birthday, there was initially a problem with the delivery but for whatever the reason the problem was sorted, very quickly (‘not what happens it’s how you deal with it’ in action). A brand new laptop as expected and my grandson loves it, it is exactly as advertised and works perfectly, a great start to his IT life.

Order never arrived customer service is…
Order never arrived customer service is unacceptable was told I have to wait for Royal Mail to go find where they delivered my order to before they can replace/refund it’s been over a week and when I call baby city I get ignored and when I’ve got through I was told she didn’t want to chase it up with Royal Mail as it takes hours to get through very unprofessional rude management

Hooded baby towel
The baby towel was a gift so was hoping it would arrive by given date
I was expecting two separate parcels the first arrived but the mail company sent two emails and a picture of the first one which wasn't the baby towel.
I phoned Baby city and spoke to a lovely helpful customer service team explained what had happened she noticed the delivery picture wasn't their parcel
After a call from Baby city to delivery company my parcel arrived within 15 minutes
I would recommend and order from them again plus the towel was just as advertised
