competitive prices and great customer service!

Ordered stair gates from this website. I selected babydan gates and the product info showed they were in stock. However they only had one, but emailed me within the hour to inform me about this and gave me the option to wait another week till they get more stock or to cancel my order. Because of the price I decided to wait.
End of march I got a courtesy call, letting me know the gates had arrived and will be shipped with an estimated delivery on Thursday or friday. They came on Wednesday! As I was expecting delivery on Thursday unfortunately there was no one to accept delivery. I emailed baby and toddler world and asked if they could change the address of delivery as this wasn't an option with the carrier itself. Said and done!!!

Delivery is now set for friday as requested.
I couldn't be More happy with the service received and recommend baby and toddler world to any one out there looking for baby stuff at competitive prices and great service!
