False advertising on delivery times

I ordered a set of drawers from Babydump. The website clearly stated that if you ordered before 4pm then you'd receive next day delivery. It turns out that this is not a possibility and that the website is wrong as told to me by a babydump employee. The promise on the website is impossible to fulfill. Rather delivery usually takes a month!!!
This is false advertising and the website should be amended immediately. I would not have ordered the product had i known delivery would take so long (my baby is due before delivery).

Very disappointing customer service

Very disappointing customer service. The brake system on our brand-new stroller broke — a serious safety issue and clearly covered under warranty. We were told to bring it in for repair, which would take 4–6 weeks. As a “special service,” we were offered a loaner stroller, but it was of much lower quality, used and dirty, and incompatible with the accessories we had purchased. Naturally, we didn’t want to place our newborn in it. When we declined, we received a rude email stating that the loaner was an optional service they weren’t obliged to offer and that they couldn’t provide any alternative solution.
Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given the safety issue and the lack of understanding or professionalism in their response.

Babydump uses DPD as delivery courier

Babydump uses DPD as delivery courier.
DPD has a awful customer experience.
The delivery man took 30 second from the moment he pressed my doorbell to the moment he was inside the van accelerating and reporting I was not home.
I opened the door 40s later and he was not there anymore. I have everything recorded in video.
Because "I was not home" the parcel was delivered in a pickup point 5km from my home one week later.
I won't buy anything from Babydump while they still use DPD as delivery courier.

Worst Customer Service

Babydump has by far the worst customer service possible. I reported a damage 3 days after delivery on our Stokke products delivered in August 2024. It took them over a year to get back to me with any kind of substantial response putting the blame on Stokke for "taking long". Eventually I get a reply in April 2025 that the part of the claim was rejected as it was due to wear and tear - the items were in the box for 2 days and the day after we assembled it I reported the damage. How is it wear and tear? And the other damaged part would be delivered to me. I follow up in June as it has been two months and I get a convenient "our partnership with Stokke has ended please contact them for further assistance". I can understand why the partnership ended - because of the poor customer service. I will never buy anything from Babydump again.

Great experience with lots of help!

We had a great experience and great advice from Dana in Houten, who was very knowledgeable and helped us thoroughly to find all we needed, with so many options, this was truly helpful

I found many of the baby products I was looking for in your brand. They were all very sweet. It's so nice to have your brand with us as we eagerly await my baby and complete her needs. We also purchased the baby room from you, and we love it. Thank you.

Pleasant and unrushed shopping experience

The staff are helpful. When asked, they explain it all well. Also the customer service helpline (for online orders) are pretty efficient and quick. In the store. I like that they price-match in case you find the exact same product online for a lower price. Shopping at Baby Dump store is a pleasant and unrushed experience including the spacious drinks corner and toilets. They have thought about it all!

Would be a 5-star if:

i) The stocks/availability of products can be made better.

ii) If the products at the outlet section are better priced and with a clear price indication.
Sometimes it so happens that the outlet product costs more than a new one (with offer/low-price match) at the store itself, which is a pity.
