Thank you guys for taking care of our customised size requirements. We ordered a fishbone pendant chandelier for 180cm length which was a customised order as notmally they do 150cm. Solid wooden blades ceiling fan - I love it …
I purchased the ‘solid wooden blade ceiling fan 60 inch’ recently as it was just the Aeronautic look I was after. The two bladed fan looks just like the prop off an aeroplane and looks amazing. It suits our old art deco unit perfectly.
The team at babiedecor were a great help. After a little hiccup with my order online caused by my human error ( I thought I was ordering a fan with a light but in fact had ordered the fan without the light ) the sales and supply team went above and beyond to resolve my problem. They generously offered and sent me the light to attach to my fan at no extra cost to me and in a very timely and efficient manner. The communication I had with them was professional and timely throughout. I cannot thank them enough. I wish I could attach a photo of the fan to show off how amazing it looks. Fast delivery wallpaper quality is very nice packaging was strong tube rolled in a carton. I applied the wallpaper on my own and was easily done, bought the textured premium which was heavy material and was worried it might fall off but it held the glue smoothly and strong. I would say any one can do it if i can do i recommend them based on the wallpaper quality and support

What lovely people they are, they have been soo helpful on live chat throughout in advising the best options for our kids nursery we were decorating for our first child. We bought a few things actually floor lamp,ceiling light, crib bumper and the best and most beautiful part was the mickey statue it has completely changed the whole nursery amazingly i am definitely coming back and a special thanks to you sasha. Got everything in 8 days and with secure packaging by ups courier and our mickey statue was by fedex buf arrived same day. I recommend this business and will come again for sure.

Amazing quality statues
I had been looking for these Kaws statues for a very long time. I finally found some and was at first skeptical about ordering as they were quite expensive and was worried how they would arrive. Sasha was amazing the whole time and would respond to me every time I had a question. Mine were sent via ship to help protect them so took a little longer than normal but once I received them it was all worth while. The quality of the statues is absolutely incredible. They fit in the space so good and they were definitely worth the wait. I can’t thank Sasha enough for her hard work and assistance and will surely be getting more stuff in the very near future. I recommend anybody to purchase them as they fill the room with so much character.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I ordered a sofa from them. The delivery that BabiesDecor arranges is kerbside delivery in a pallet - yes, that's right: delivery on the road outside my house. Without any warning that this is the case (and I have double checked the terms and conditions on BabiesDecor website and their delivery policy which make no mention of this whatsoever despite what the reply says below), I was on my own when the pallet arrived and the delivery person refused to assist with bringing the sofa into my house as he said (and a manager at the delivery company confirmed this to me) BabiesDecor only pay for the pallet delivery kerbside. At no point was I told that it would be pallet delivery to on the road outside my house and that I needed someone else with me to carry the sofa into my house. The delivery firm did phone me the day before but there was no mention of the kerbside delivery and they also failed to give me a two hour slot on the day as they had promised. BabiesDecor say that they use delivery companies as DPD and FEDEX which was not true in this case at least. It is also necessary to dispose of a large pallet after delivery. At short notice, I was forced to pay a removal company to help me unload the sofa from the pallet and bring it into my house. It was expensive as it was a same day service (otherwise the pallet and sofa would have remained outside overnight) and there was no chance to shop around. Someone from the company did phone me on the day of the delivery after I complained but would not offer to reimburse me for the removal costs I had to pay and did not seem to understand the difficulties they placed me in. Absolutely shocking service. The sofa is also not particularly good quality with wrinkles on it and is not comfortable at all. PLEASE, PLEASE don't waste your money with this company.

For that reason you were called by courier a day before as you advised us yourself over the phone when our Manager Robin called. We encourage customers to communicate any specific delivery requirements or assistance needed directly with the courier when they called to ensure a smoother experience.
We regret that your experience with the sofa itself did not meet your expectations. Your feedback regarding the quality and comfort of the product is valuable to us and that is why everything is clearly showin when manufactured in the form of images like we shared the after production images.
