FRAUD. I ordered a sneaker from the website. It is been 6 months. Never delivered!

I tried to contact them many times in order to get a refund. They did not answer my messages and they did not give my money back!
I don't know how can I get my money back.

One star is too much for them. they don't deserve even 1 star!

FRAUD. It’s a total fraud. The website doesn’t deserve even the one star I gave.

Ordered 6 months ago. Blocked emails. The order never arrived.

I ordered sneaker on babeshype.com but the size was way to small and they stink. I just ordered there because their description on top says „Easy returns“ - now I want to return but they don‘t Take it back because of size, style or any other reason... they also don’t take any products back which are in sale BUT ALL THEIR PRODUCTS ARE IN SALE!!! - just don‘t Order there anything...untrustworthy!

from February 5. you do not send my sneakers in any way, the first time my item was not even shipped, the second time you sent the same item on April 27th, but so far I am not receiving it. I demand a refund of the money paid because no shipping company sends the goods for that long. I received a lot of goods from China during this time without any problems, but I am cheated on sneakers. Talk to the shipping company and provide specific evidence of where the item is currently. My patience is over and your explanations do not correspond to reality. I demand a refund for the paid item as soon as possible or unpleasant feedback will reach you.

When ordering the mirror sneakers I didn't look up reviews and was very exited. After reading the reviews I had my toughts ordering via babeshype, but they delivered as promised! Next to that Sarah really did a great job with the customer service and responded quick. When sending to another country was not possible babeshype refunded me.

TOTAL SCAM! It took 4 months to receive my order after emailing everyday, I was promised a 30% discount as compensation. No answer since then, I was blocked from their social media after complaining. I received my sneakers ans it unbelievably poor quality, way too small and unwearable. Don't order from them!

Like many others, I placed an order but with the website Babes Flex. I am trying to find a reviews page for them but cannot so I honestly think there are a bunch of these websites lurking around FB and Instagram with the 'Babe' name in the front. Wouldnt be surprised if they are run by the same people. I placed my order for some trainers in February, still have not received this and the money was taken out of my account immediately! Tried to email and contact but with no reply. What makes it worse is that when I went back on the website, it had been shut down!! Just have to take that massive L and not shop with these companies ever again!!

I was waiting for my item 4 months (ordered at the end of February, arrived in the middle of May). Turns out they lost my package and did not want to admit it when I was insisting on resending the package in March and May. Finally, the sneakers arrived after such a long time of wait. Unfortunately, the 38 sizes from this shop can be considered more as 34-36. I wanted to return the item, but they don't let me do that because of the sale price that was on it when I purchased them. Really unpleasant experience and sarcastic people replying to the emails with questions.

Just like the others, i ordered the mirror sneakers, more then a month ago, still nothing. When i check the code they gave me, its always says: in transit, and when i checked my countrys mails, it was labeled as a mail, not as a package, bad sign :(
I contacted the customer service Sarah twice, rhey always said its on its way, but i find this really hard to believe. It was an expensive lesson, but i learnt it. No more online shopping without checking the store first, and no more clicking on instagram ads. That 60$ was to much for a scam, im actually kinda furious.

Im having the same experience as everyone else here. Ordered the mirror sneakers after I saw an ad on Instagram, that was two months ago and even though I’ve contacted the company 4 times they have yet to get back to me. Do not order anything from babeshype as it is a scam.

Unfortunately I haven’t gotten mine either however seeing those very unhappy comments (the ones which I found on Facebook and here) maybe it’s better not to. I’ve contacted the seller 2x but they got back to me with some very shady messages saying their internal tracking system is not that accurate and you only see updates just before the delivery etc, etc then I found out from Royal Mail they only printed the label but they haven’t actually posted the item. I also tried to find out customer’s feedback but whenever I would click onto the comment section the comments either disappeared or only the “good ones” popped up. I am only sharing my experience because I don’t want anyone to be misled by this company. What is the most infuriating the advert comes up on Instagram and Facebook and one of their top adverts. I just can’t believe they are not running a background check on a company before they start to feature them. I have contacted them but nothing has happened apparently:(
GUYS, claim your money back via your bank. Honestly the fraud team was so amazing! They quickly opened a dispute, investigated the company and hours later the money was back on my account 🙏 It was such a relief.

Update: since I have posted my review which was in May I think (and I have ordered at the beginning of April) the company only asked for order details in October to make sure I have a genuine experience with the company?!? Needless to say that product hasn’t turned up since then and now I don’t want to get involved in a never ending dispute. What seems very interesting to me till September there were mostly negative feedbacks on the company in here now they get only positive reviews. I find it odd

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. IT'S A HUGE SCAM. i bought Mirrors sneakers at 70$ in January and have not got them. There was a lady that i was exchanging emails with called Sarrah Bennet that assured me that id soon get them but 5 months later, nothing. i went to their instagram page to warn potential victims but they immediately blocked me from their page. DO NOT BUY. ITS A BUNCH OF THIEVES. how do yiu get them to have thier page taken down these fools

I ordered the beige mirrored sneakers after seeing an add on Instagram and they looked great, although I had never heard of them before they were “on sale” down to £60 from £120 so thought why not! This was over 2 months ago. The first email I received was a shipping order etc. A week or so later I received another email stating my order had been cancelled. Contacted the company, heard nothing. About a week later I had another email and text message saying my order had now been shipped, weird! I just ignored it and thought I won’t receive the shoes or my money so decided to just forget about it. By f*ckn miracle these shoes were delivered to my door this morning! Wrapped in bubble wrap and duck tape and most certainly from a Chinese warehouse, they come in another little black bag, quality is as good as you can expect! Ok for kicking about it etc. Not worth £60 tho. Will add pictures if possible

Ordered MIRROR SNEAKERS to Croydon, UK. Shipped fast, I received my parcel in 2 weeks. Quality is good, and I could easily make it with sizes.
Branding packages is another whimsey I could not stand.
Tracking number was not really responsive for some time, but I got my sneakers in time

I'm satisfied with the quality but they were mistaken with the size!
Fortunately, the shop sent me another pair very fast.

I can just say that I have gone through the same thing as everybody here is writing. DO NOT by anything from them!
I will try my best to report them so nobody else gets scammed.

Just like other people who’ve written reviews on babeshype, I was scammed. I ordered a pair of sneakers over 3 months ago, and I haven’t received them. When I first contacted them through their sales assistance email, I got quick replies, and they assured me that I would get the sneakers within a month (this was in late February). A month passed, then 2 more weeks, and I contacted them again, to ask for information. They haven’t replied, and it’s been a while since I emailed them. Needless to say, I still haven’t received the sneakers, nor will I ever receive them, I think. Please do not buy from this website, you’ll just end up scammed out of your money and sanity.

BUYER BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! I ordered the Mirrored Sneakers at the beginning of February after seeing an Instagram ad and the reviews on their website. After a week I received an email stating my order shipped without any tracking information of any type. I waited a month and the shoes never arrived. I reached out to the company on Instagram and was told to email their sales department, so I did. The "sales department" emailed me back an order confirmation saying my order number and that the last available shipping information was dated a week after my order. They still did not provide a tracking number or confirm that anything had actually been mailed.

I reached out to them AGAIN asking for a tracking number and more details about when my order would arrive and they ignored me. I also believe that they blocked me on Instagram so that I could not contact them or leave feedback letting other potential victims know that this company will never send your shoes.

If you look at their website it looks great and like there are tons of reviews, but if you take a closer look you'll see they're all 5-stars which is impossible. There are lots of great brands and none of them have perfect feedback and to not even see a 4-star review makes it clear the reviews are fake.

I have since disputed the charge with my bank. I normally don't make a fuss, but I don't want other people to be scammed by this trash company.
