Terrible Experience – No Refund, No Package, No Help
I placed an order on this website, and within a few hours, I changed my mind. I tried to cancel the order, but the site didn’t respond to any of my emails or attempts to reach out. Only two days later, I received an email saying my package had already been sent, so cancellation was not possible. This was strange because they didn’t respond immediately when I tried to cancel.
Since I had already made the decision to cancel, I then decided to refuse the package when it was on its way from Dubai to Germany. The package was returned to the sender, but it turns out this store doesn’t accept returns and doesn’t offer any refunds. I paid for the order, refused the package, but received nothing in return – no refund, no package.
I contacted the Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) for help, and after several correspondences, they informed me that, according to the store’s return policy, I would have to go to court to get my money back. However, this would be costly, and since I’m in another country, I decided not to pursue it further.
Now the package is stuck at the post office in Dubai, and I asked the store to have it sent back to me, as I have neither the package nor my money. Despite months of communication, the store only replies saying that they will send it soon, but nothing has happened. This has been going on for months, and I’m still waiting.
This is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I paid around €350 for something I never received. Please do not order from this store – it’s simply the worst experience I’ve ever encountered.
