Avoid!
AVOID renting with them. Emailing them will bring you headaches. They don`t seem to understand emails as always the responses I got were never on the subject. Don`t even bother telling them what problems the house has, they won`t do anything about it, it will just be emails back and forth. When we had boiler problems, we were told to look on Youtube on how to refill the boiler and if we keep insisting, we will be the ones to pay for someone to come look at it, and this was not the only problem. At the end of your tenancy call the council to let them know, insist even if they say that the agency has to call, they won`t call and when you email them about it they will say that you are blaming them (not asking for help) and that `you are ridiculous`.
P.S. after your review you will receive an email from Alan aka director of the agency telling you that your review is `pety` :)) AVOID!!!
