I had been going through a stressful time over the past few years due to my Indefinite Leave to Remain (SET LR) application which was rejected on a ground of tax deception and amendment in April 2018 with right of appeal. we had no idea of where we stood and where given the run-around.
I came across A Y & J Solicitors and luckily decided to call and make an appointment. The consultation was conducted by Diana. The advice was very clear and I didn’t hesitate instructing A Y & J Solicitors. Martina was assigned to handle the case and guided me through the process and paperwork. Both Martin and Diana had great knowledge and was very patient listening to My complicated case.

This review is continued from my previous one back to 6th May this year when I received the reconsideration letter from HO regarding for my Tier 1 case.
After the long wait, my case is overturned and my visa is approved! Diana changed my life with her pofessional knowledge and experience, fighting for an nearly impossible (two other solicitor refused to take my case before) case and made it overturned.

Having handled a very challenging case of mine with success I entrusted her a very key part of my life - my wife's visa transitioning from Tier 1 to dependent... It was more complicated case than one could ever imagine.... To be honest despite knowing Diana's expertise I wasn't 100% sure we will get the visa considering the complications involved in the case.. As sometimes however expert one could be with all the rules being followed you could still get a rejection.. But Diana is not just an expert.. she is more than that.. Thanks to A Y & J Soliceters manage to get PBS Dependant Visa in 4 days. Having 3 complex refusal from UK and main was having immigration debt from UK, my application was so complicated but A Y & J Soliceters short it out very easily. Highly Recommended.

I hope this feedback help others who are in similar situation.
I was referred to AYJ by one of my friend, who benefited from their services. I applied for tier 4 visa to pursue my PG in London. My case can be categorised as one of the most complicated/complex case. Sok Wei was my solicitor. Needless to say I have received my tier 4 visa. I received decision for my case in 20 days (15 days is the standard processing time). A case similar to mine would have easily taken anywhere from 30 - 60 days.

I can’t discuss my case however I will definitely recommend AYJ to anyone who is thinking of hiring an immigration consultant. I liked their professionalism, timely replies, and keeping things straight with me (no polishing - at times it did annoy me and made me feel as if they don’t like me however I think that is not the case). Thanks to Yash and his team - one of the best team in the UK immigration world.
