Highly Recommend A Y & J Solicitors, @Diana helped me in sorting the Tier1 related issues and helping in getting the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa. Diana is really professional and very helpful in answering any questions. She is proactive and she always guided me in the right direction, the application was complicated and went for appeal multiple times.

After having some really bad experiences with previous lawyers, I have decided to call A Y & J Solicitors based on the reviews and I am happy to say - that was one of the best decisions I have ever taken. They are experts in the business and will go extra mile to help you with the case.

I was applying my ILR via Entrepreneur (50K) route. I have initially granted my visa with a team member, but due to him leaving the company it got bit tricky as I was the only one applying.

My first meeting was with Diana, then Charlotte was dealing with my case till to the end.

She was simply brilliant, kind and helpful all the way. It was a pleasant experience working with her.

We have arranged regular meetings and made sure the application is submitted with all the details and documents. Everything was spot on with the representative letter. I was simply amazed with their professionalism.

After 5 months, I have been called up for an interview at London visa office - I am always nervous with these kinds a situation, but she made sure I got answers for all the possible questions. Also, she attended the interview with me as a representative which gave me more assurance.

Then the happy news!! I got my ILR after 9 years in UK.

I cannot recommend them enough. They are that good. You will understand it better if you have had any bad previous experiences. From arranging a phone call to replying to emails, the process was so easy as they make sure that you have not been ignored. No matter how busy they are - they would follow up, listen to your queries and give you solutions. That’s the main thing you expect from a Solicitor.

As an IT guy I should mention that they use all the new tools like Sign Now, calendly for meeting arrangement etc which makes the overall experience seamless and so efficient.

A good solicitor could change your life! I just had my ILR approved in less than 2 months (advised by HO for up to 6 months wait). All the credits go to Charlotte and Diana!
I was under Tier 1 Entrepreneur and refused by HO in my extension, and was refused again after the AR. Then I found A Y & J, Diana took my case and gave me confidence. She worked hard to gather as much info and evidence as she could and finally, HO decided to reconsider my case. A while later, my extension has been approved! It was just miracle!

A year later, I was due to apply my ILR, Charlotte is my case worker this time. She is kind and professional. We all believed this time gonna be much easier as I had been following the instructions and prepared well. However, they found that I didn’t declared I had a motor conviction in the past because I didn’t realise the motor conviction is still one of the criminal conviction. So they asked me to prepare extra evidence proving that I didn’t mean to avoid/hide I had the motor conviction, but still, there is a chance of the refusal.

Two days ago, Charlotte called me that my application of IRL is successful, and I was extremely happy to have it approved with a very short waiting period!

Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension is probably the most stressful application process you could ever imagine or to go through and you need to be absolutely best at every piece of information you submit with your application or else the chances of refusal is very high.

After reading tons of other Entrepreneur applicant’s experiences online, I have realised the weaknesses in my Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension application and acknowledged there is an awful amount of work to be done before I even think of extension especially on proving genuineness of entrepreneur within the business. I have spent over a month to find the best law firm that is available in the market irrespective of cost to work with me for the success of my application and that’s where I have found AY&J after reading tons of reviews about firm just like you over the internet.

In my view, AY&J have to be one of the best if not the best at dealing Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extensions and ILR. Gladly, I have contacted them three months prior to my Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa expiry. Diana (Senior Case worker) and Charlotte (Case worker) have been appointed to look after my applications first T1 Ent Ext. then ILR. These two ladies have always been fantastic, proactive, professional, polite, very friendly and available to help through the period, 3 months prior to extension application submission, 7 months after submission and 1 month for ILR.

These two have worked tirelessly to get all required documents of my company from my accountant, fully prepared me for interview and assisted through the time to keep me on legally complaint enough.
