I started working with Nagina mam for my mother's visa. Case was very complicated and needed lot of attention. The first call was set for 1 hour but it went on up-to 1hr 45 mins until Nagina mam collects all information. I must say I was very surprised to see how the information was catpured and so well documented.There was so much clarity and proof for every section. The whole case sounded and presented so well.
