Kiara P. was trying to get back to me as quick as possible. She went to the higher ups to resolve my issue. My issue has not been resolved yet, but I am confident in AXS and hope they will remedy this horrible situation I was in.

CAN NEVER GET IN TO BUY TICKETS

CAN NEVER GET IN TO BUY TICKETS. THEY PRIORITIZE SCALPERS. THEY MAKE A PERCENTAGE OF MONEY OFF OF RESALE TICKETS. WHEN TALKING TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY JUST DROP YOUR CHAT IF YOURE FRUSTRATED. TAKE EXTREMELY LONG TO RESPOND. TELL YOU THAT YOURE NOT THEIR PRIORITY. MAKE YOU WAIT IN A QUE TO TALK TO A REP, BUT THEY ARENT FOCUSSED ON JUST YOU. WHEN REFRESHING PAGES FOR TICKETS IT JUST TURNS YOU INTO A BOT. THOUGH IT SAYS TRY AGAIN. THIS ALL SUCKS.

Customer Service is a Sham

I've been trying for weeks to buy tickets for an event that I can only get to through AXS. Customer service emailed me a number and said if I called then a person could purchase them on my behalf over the phone. I did that and Amber said she would verbally walk me through what I've already done on my own twice. And when it didn't work AGAIN Amber said she couldn't do anymore to help AND SHE HUNG UP. How do you stay in business like this??

Donna Rocks!

My first person who tried to help me was having a hard time understanding what was going on and then my WiFi cut out. Thankfully it did because Donna was such a huge help and caught on quickly.

I am consistently blocked by AXS bot…

I am consistently blocked by AXS bot blocker. I am a real person with limited IT knowledge. I have done every single suggestion to not be blocked by their blocker. I have spent about 6 hours trying to get this resolved so that I can have a chance to buy tickets to an event that my daughter really wants to go to. I already missed out on the presale due to my account not working. Every day I enter a "Live Chat" with AXS to try and resolve my issue. The first day they said they would do a hard reset on my account and make sure that my IP address was not blocked. I waited over 24 hours before trying to buy tickets. Still blocked. I had another chat. They opened a ticket and told me to wait at least an hour. I waited almost 24 hours. Still same issue in not being able to buy tickets to any event. I entered another chat on day 3. They said they would open a ticket and basically hung up on me. There has been no solution to my issue and I am now limited to only going to concerts that sell tickets NOT through AXS.

Ashley H the GOAT!!

I was helped by Ashley H, she was quick and helpful and did a great job in identifying my issue and how to assist me! I was nervous that there wasn’t any number to call, but chatting with Ashley over text made me feel better because of how efficient and professional she was. Thank you guys for helping me out!!

Kiara P was awesome!

Kiara P. was super helpful! I purchased tickets through a reseller, and even after transfer they did not appear in my AXS app, which was set up correctly. Kiara helped get my account refreshed, I logged out and back in and they were there. Quick and easy after an ongoing customer service nightmare with the big ticket hub!

Jerzy was extremely helpful

Jerzy was extremely helpful when I purchased accessible seats incorrectly. The Fiddlers Green website was confusing and he helped me secure more appropriate seats since I purchased insurance from your site. Very professional and very nice. He went out of his way to help me.
