Terrible service
Terrible service , do not use them!!! Had my bumper repaired by this company and they have damaged the paint above the repair, when I complained they have told me that they weren’t liable because aparently the car had been previously painted, therefore, they wouldn’t assume the responsibility, offered me to repair their own mistake at a cost of £200 if I want them to come back.
No further assistance has been offered.

I'm really sorry — this isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and looking back over your case I can see we let you down in two ways.
First, our communication. Being passed back and forth between us and the repairer, and having to chase for a reply, is not good enough, and I apologise for it.
On the repair itself: the paint that lifted is on an area that had been resprayed before your car came to us and was already failing underneath — that's what our technician found on the day. I know that context doesn't make you any happier, and honestly it shouldn't have to. You trusted us with your car and you've been left unhappy, and that's what I want to put right.
So rather than leave it here, I'd like to look into this personally. Please email me at estimates@axioma.co.uk marked "FAO Carl" and I'll make sure we find a fair way forward — properly this time.

I reached out to Axioma initially to see if my car damage could be repaired and an idea of cost, but was fully expecting I would need replacement parts from the manufacturer. Not only did I get the confirmation it was repairable but I was also surprised by the cost in the quote and was more than happy to proceed. The process to book in was really straight forward, with reassuring communication from Axioma. The work was undertaken by Jacob who was super friendly and helpful and the finish exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.
