We have invested with Axiafunder for…

We have invested with Axiafunder for the past few years and have enjoyed a very positive experience throughout. Updates on investments are frequent and detailed (which isn’t always the case with P2P platforms!) I have always found the team responsive and very helpful.

Happy with investments

I've been an investor with AxiaFunder since mid-2022. Really happy with the professionalism, the responsiveness – and the returns, which have been pretty much exactly in line with what I'd been led to expect. It's a high-risk platform, but the portfolio claims are at the lower end of that high risk, so I'm happy to continue investing (and I like to think those investments also serve a social purpose: helping to improve housing stock for those otherwise unable to take councils and housing associations to task).

Whole system is excellent.

Cormac is a great gentleman. Diana, Jonathan and all employees out there: Thank you so much for providing such a service. I am with them around 1.5 years. This is not a widely known investment - but I am glad to be a part of such a profitable business!...

Thank you!...

Emre

Owner/CEO should be banned by the FCA

A google search for the owner and CEO Cormac Leech's twitter postings will reveal a deeply distubed bigot. Investors supporting this horrid organisation should be named and shamed, and Cormac should face criminal charges for his shameless anti-semitism and should be banned by the FCA for being unfit to run a company

Reliable platform with good returns

The platform has a high level of transparency vs other crowdfunding platforms.

Its track record is good. To my knowledge they are the only ones offering access to litigation investments to non-institutional investors.

"Portfolio offers", which are more recent offer a high level of diversification in one single investment

Follow up review of Axiafunder

Follow up review of the CEO
I would not normally write a follow up review, but felt the reply below to my inital review warrant a response

"It is however true that the CEO has been concerned about suffering on all sides . Neither he nor the company are in anyway racist."

While it is true that I am not a client of Axiafunder, the CEO, Cormac Leech, has posted a huge volume of anti-semitic postings. Anyone doing a google image seach of "cormac leech twitter" will find evidence of these anti-semitic postings against all Jews (not just against Israeli's or Palestinians).

Its a sad reflection of the state of the world that in 2024, the CEO (he proudly boasts that he is the CEO of Axiafunder on his twitter handle) does not even try and hide his hatred of Jews.

Anyone doing business with this Company, including employees, should be aware of what an odious man Mr Leech is

Excellent results for 4 years

I have had dealing for years with Axia Funder. Excellent returns, easy to contact, excellent customer service.
I recommend that you take 15 minutes to investigate the website and if interested, ask questions. Not all offers are the same and you need to understand timing, risk, potential outcomes etc. Their results are very good but it is important to see the differences between offers before investing.

Thumbs up, AxiaFunder!

I have been investing on AxiaFunder for a couple of years. I started cautiously then more aggressively as I got acquainted to the platform and the opportunities on offer. I must say that I am pretty satisfied in all regards: financial performance, customer support, overall behavior of the platform. The information provided is fair and thorough.
All in all, AxiaFunder makes an interesting and not so common asset class available to a larger audience.
The warnings on the risks on the investment are loud and clear but in reality good safeguards are put in place like ATE insurance.
Housing Disrepair Claims (HDR) cases are, in my opinion, the safest bet, most closely resembling fixed income traditional options but with much higher yield.
These are actually bundle of cases, which spread the risk intrinsically and allow for the return of capital and profits along the way, as batches are settled.
The secondary market works (which is not to be underestimated) and allows for early exits, just in case.
Of course, litigation funding should be considered an illiquid, speculative investment to start with but the reality is that, in my experience, it compare favorably to real estate crowdfunding and other 'alternatives'.
A strategy of marked diversification among many cases and gradual investment will let you enjoy a more or less steady flow of return payouts.
And finally, being uncorrelated with most other markets, litigation funding is a nice addition to a balanced porfolio.
If you are a UK resident, IFISA is a neat feature that makes investing on AxiaFunder even more compelling.

Innovative, promising startup with a solid model

My experience with Axiafunder has met my expectations so far. Litigation funding through the crowd is an innovative asset class in the EU which I find very interesting. I am an equity holder and investor in many of their funded cases - this is a long term type of investment subject to high volatility due to litigation uncertainty, but the returns match the risks.
The team is extremely responsive, kind and helpful. The platform itself is user friendly and intuitive. The information provided for each case is thorough, consisting of an explanation video and a detailed summary of each case.
Company track record is short as a startup, hence they still have to prove themselves, but I feel optimistic and confident that both investors and Axiafunder will succeed together, based on what I have seen so far. Way to go!

Excellent service and good returns

Two years into investing on the Axiafunder platform and I'm already seeing some excellent returns. Great diversification for my portfolio, uncorrelated to market moves, opportunity to spread risk over multiple cases. I like the clear exit path as compared with my illiquid equity investments. Communication from the Axiafunder team is second to none, especially when it comes to annual tax reporting, where they do all the legwork for you.

Very recommendable alternate investments

Following AF since about 3 years now. Being a case funder as well as equity funder. At beginning this industry was completely new to me. Meanwhile I must acknowledge that the industry and especially how AF (and the team behind) are performing and developing is very remarkable! All those who are still skeptical, try it out, this is also how I did it. Rest assured that you will like it!
