Customer service at AWM/LSS skips is terrible and the worse I’ve witnessed , they are rude, they are rushing to get of the phone to you, they don’t want to help they just quickly try solve the problem (which they don’t) and then put the phone down, and then proceed later to ring again as it still wasn’t solved, don’t use this skip company
DO NOT HIRE FROM HERE. I am still waiting for my skip to be collected 5 days after the scheduled date. I have rang daily for an update numerous times a day and each time I have been told it would be collected. At 4pm on Friday I was promised they would ‘be there in 15 minutes’. They did not turn up, meaning my son’s birthday party was ruined as he was supposed to have a bouncy castle where the skip is placed. The staff were RUDE on the phone and I just wish someone was honest with me. I will be telling everyone to avoid this company.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with AWM Skip Hire. Not only did they fail to provide the correct invoice after multiple requests (over three weeks now), but they also collected the skip 3 days earlier than the agreed 7-day hire period without any notice or explanation.
I followed up multiple times via email, yet they have completely ignored my messages since early March. Their lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is completely unacceptable. If you expect basic professionalism and responsiveness, I would strongly advise against using this company.
Avoid these scam artists who charge for empty bins and even charge when they don’t send out drives to empty bins!! Would not recommend anyone to use this company at all!
Disgraceful company. Was with them for 2 years had no issues collecting from my site yet now they have been taken over they refuse to collect. Avoid this company as they will cancel your contract without giving you time to arrange a new company. Shocking service!
3 collection a week and 2 of them was missed, this has been going on for a while. Entire management team need to get a grip. Empty promises by managers, useless office staff they get £4600 per year for rubbish collection from my company and they are never turn up when they should. Shame they use to be much better.
Left a mess all over my drive way and my neighbours. Driver did not give a dam about the waste left behind and had a hostile manner when asked if he would sort it out. Very slap dash service. Customer services also not contactable when needed. Better waste management services available without such poor customer ralation. I would not use this company.
Customer service is amazing, they cannot do enough for you! Needed my skip delivered on a specific date and time and picked up likewise, just a brilliant experience.
I wish I had more stuff to throw away!

Very good service received when we needed an urgent compactor skip exchange, though was initially delayed due to an unresolved accounting issue by AWM. It was encouraging to enjoy their swift and friendly help in resolving the matter.
