Best Email Marketing Platform

Aweber is a really great email marketing platform and the support team, especially Amanda W, are always there for me. Nothing is too hard for them. I'm no expert in the field of email marketing and I appreciate their patience with some of the questions I ask. Also I am in Australia but I always receive a response the next day helping me with my queries. I am very happy with their service!

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, the support feedback is awesome with timely replies to request for questions asked and account knowledge. My one-on-one personal experience was with Michelle K., she assisted me with migration support and provided excellent service!

I have been with Aweber for over 10 years!

I have been with Aweber for over 10 years and refer them to all my clients not only because they have an amazing platform and are constantly evolving... but they have REAL PEOPLE that you can talk to in customer service even on the free plan to help you!

In a world of fast paced evolving AI where human interaction is minimal... Aweber leads the way in helping us! Thank you!

Troubleshooting: Above and Beyond

Amanda went above and beyond to figure out a complex problem I was having with a template. She said she would work on it and get back to me, and it was fixed by the end of day. Her follow up and expertise is excellent. That's why I use Aweber because I can actually talk to the person who is working on my problem.

Aweber has exceptional support!
I have been using AWeber for many years and they have kept up with the fast pace of technology advancements! I use AWeber to create email lists and last hear, they updated with creating newsletters. The most recent update coming very soon is integrating ChatGPT with AWeber. Whenever I need tech support, they are only a call or email away. I highly recommend AWeber for anyone who is looking for email list support and Newsletters created for you and with your input.

User friendly platform- was great as a beginner learning email marketing. Unfortunately I closed my business and was no longer using the service when I noticed I got charged my annual fee. Luckily I was able to get a refund for the year and Will P. was so helpful in assisting me. If I ever send out emails again for a new business I'll definitely come back!

Always Helpful

We've been happy with Aweber for 15 years. I love their platform (e.g., drag-and-drop, deliverability...) and their customer service. Years ago they helped me via telephone–a real human who was a patient expert. Recently, I used their email access to help. Will, Amanda, & Matt did a quick relay to get my challenge solved and questions answered for a successful outcome. Artificial Intelligence can misunderstand what we're asking, but real humans know best. :) Thanks so much, Will, Amanda, & Matt!

I was feeling very frustrated with a billing issue.

I was feeling very frustrated with correcting a billing issue, but Will P. offered such assistance and skill at helping me resolve the issue without any hassle and quickly that I am now planning to continue to build my email service using Aweber. He was kind and showed excellent customer service. Aweber this person is a keeper!

It was time to downsize my newsletter…

It was time to downsize my newsletter marketing plan, yet still have the option of sending out an occasional newsletter with the comfort and ease offered by Aweber, so I checked in with their Help services. With Amandas friendly and knowledgeable help, we found a quick solution that meets the changing needs of my business without having to switch to another service provider. Thanks so much!

Skilled live trouble shooting and fast solutions!

Amanda W did a great job understanding the problem I was having and throughout our discussion she suggested options for the solution.

Having direct, quickly accessible, highly skilled live telephone support is one of the truly exceptional ways Aweber creates fast, effective communications solutions for my business.

No other company I've worked with in this space provides this level of support and does it affordably.
