Becoming uncompetitive

The quality and choice of labels has always been good but recently price rises have meant some lines are becoming poor value. Couple this with the increased threshold for free delivery (£55) you might want to shop around before placing an order.

We make an effort to keep our costs low and avoid affecting market prices. However, the current global situation and rising raw material costs are the main reasons for this increase.
Please note that the minimum order value has not changed for several years. As I mentioned earlier, we strive to maintain competitive pricing for our customers because we understand the importance of good prices for quality products.

I couldn’t get the template to work and wasted a sheet of stickers before adjusting by eye

They didn’t let me know they had…

They didn’t let me know they had problems with the printing and left me without my stickers and with no time to see for other options. It was supposed to come next day delivery because I payed express delivery, but they didn’t deliver it and they didn’t notify me so I could look for other options. So pissed off because they let me down

Poor customer service and poor labels

Poor customer service and poor labels. Don’t use them if you require any support. My labels were the wrong size and text outside the borders

Why charge customers to view the…

Why charge customers to view the artwork? My labels were delivered, and I needed a microscope to read the labels. What a load of rubbish. I now go to Amazon for my labels, much better price, and yea they do not charge to view what I am paying for the artwork

Top Service

I am very grateful for the assistance provided by Verity this week. My order had accidentally duplicated but was quickly fixed.
