I am writing to express my disappointment

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase of three items: Smoked Oud, Cognac Elixir, and Nomak Oud.

In your advertisements, it is claimed that these products last for 12 hours. Based on this, I was expecting a longevity of at least 6 hours. However, in reality, the scent lasts for only one hour or even less.

As a customer, I am very disappointed with the performance of these products compared to the claims made.
