A little disappointing
I bought an expensive handbag advertised on Avenue K but actually sold by Atelier on Web.com - an Italian online boutique.
The item arrived in a timely manner but in a poor shape - it had marks all over it and the tag was ripped. As later turned out, it was also missing the dust bag that should've arrived with it. Avenue K advised me on the steps to return the good and receive a refund which happened without any issues. But later, when I wanted to leave feedback and couldn't find such option on their website, they were very vague about it and never fixed the problem.
