I paid for two licenses, but I can't install either of them. Every time I turn it on, more offers come up. I already regret buying two; how am I going to buy a third?

Every time I turn on my laptop, I am prevented from doing so because there is yet another ad for an additional level of protection. Delete the word free from any and all of your descriptors. I can't open my email or my word documents without having to negotiate what has become an unwelcome partner who does not want to help me, jut get more money. If this isn't resolved, I will be cancelling and suggesting others do the sam.e

Honestly speaking, I find that Avast is indeed a very helpful and user-friendly program.
Ofcourse, there may be several bigger and better apps, but the think is that, if this (Avast) meets all my requirements, so why should I crib.
So, be happy and cheerful. You are good and good enough to ensure that we do not want to leave you.

From several years I'm using Avast and its services and I had no problems with the PC and Android. I would like cheaper prices if it is possible.

I hate this company. It's glitchy as hell. They keep trying to upsell me on additional products. It requires me to keep doing things. I get multiple notices to reinstall parts of it, and then much of it still doesn't work. Save your money and your frustration and select another company. After fighting it for almost a year, I'm waiting for my various subscriptions to expire.

bought a premium version for PC and one mobile. But I am still getting those requests to get "better" version for more money each time. This is annoying.

Great product, great options. The software does everything I could hope for, removes, clutter, keeps me updated, great VPN.
Considering every product I have have ever used this is the best and I am particular about my products.

ease of use and setup can sometimes be overly advertised within the software.

I am ALWAYS honest but it's hard to fixe AVAST once it is finish I don't anderstand the logic system being the only user of this computeur and it treat me each time like a new comer nothing is ever like I want.

Ever since 2013 when I was still a student, Avast was the Antivirus that I used, it was very easy to use. I remember onetime a colleague recommended me another Computer Antivirus which I could not even be able to use for a single day despite the claims that it was the best. This is a short story about the whole experience. What the company has been doing well is to be able to build an antivirus so quick enough to detect any virus threats, scams warnings when trying to visit such unprotected websites and you would receive timely warnings from the App.

I forgot about my subscription so I reached out for a refund the day I got charged. They offered a 30% refund because they sent a reminder email. I said that's stupid so they offered 50% and I said that's stupid so they offered a full refund. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to fight for a full refund, and the fact it was on the table the whole time. Also the customer service agent said I need to do better at reading my emails and making sure I know when my subscriptions are, like dude don't lecture me. We all forget sometimes and I don't read all my emails that I assume are just promotional.

So far, so good, Avast has served amazingly well. It has prooved to be one of the best antivirus so far.
