Very efficient company
Very efficient company, I sent email enquiries prior to purchasing one of their pressure washing machines, they answered very quickly with explanations. After pre ordering an out of UK stock item they delivered well before estimated date. I am also very happy with my purchase and the guarantee offered by them. Well done Ava.

Purchased at the right time discount on the pro large 55, nearly next day delivery too, used straight away on cleaning my garden wall and I must say well impressed brought the walling back as new, purchased a shampoo as well for washing cars must say can’t wait to use machine for cars as well, saves trips to garages for car washing

Evolution or Master V2... The debate!
I was struggling to decide Evolution P70 or Master V2, the evolution was out of stock..... The P80 was on pre order so I ended up going for that as a little treat, well.... Same day shipped and next day delivery! Machine is such a solid build and exceeded all promises. 20yr warranty also a massive selling point.

No instructions…
Delivery was prompt but no instructions or qr code link to a YouTube video - managed 90% of the rebuild but the final assembly was impossible for me so in the end I threw everything in the recycling and will have to buy another pressure washer - a waste of £20 or so which could have been better spent towards a new AVA - shame as the product is excellent.

P60 Spray Gun needs New Part after 5 Years
Had the P60 for five years and was disappointed for the spray gun to be poring out water.
Looked on their website and they suggested a replacement part which I purchased and was delivered in 48 hours, solved the issue but accessories are only covered for 2 years 😢

Quality customer service..
Been using the Ava P60 pressure washer for about 3yrs now and have been really impressed with it. Last week I ordered the Premium Patio Cleaner attachment for it, it arrived and was faulty. Contacted AVA and they sent another one out without hesitation or asking for only one back. Super impressed with Ava customer service and I'm sure the faulty unit was out of the norm.
