I'm either like or dislike because I only just download the program but everything that come from the driver site fail to work so it isn't useful to me maybe something down the track perhapes

I am very disappointed with the InPixio studio program and lack of customer service support and consideration on your part

Immediately upon receiving the program 01/03/25 I contacted InPixio stating that I don't like the program, I don't want the program, and I requested an immediate refund for my purchase of the program. After more than a week and more than a few failed attempts to seek resolution from inPixio and only receiving canned AI generated robot responses, I filed a claim with PP customer service to help resolve. I have not used the InPixio program and have removed it from my computer and was just advised via PP that my request for a refund has been denied by inPixio.

This is terrible customer support by any reputable service or product provider and is the reason for my negative on-line review

You finally made a public apology on trustpilot for my dissatisfaction as well as a promise to contact me to resolve this matter after I provide my personal contact information which I did. That was three days ago and as of this recent attempt no one from your team has contacted me.

This makes my seventh request for a resolution since 01/02/25. Please issue a refund for the full amount of $63.29 to my PP account for my purchase of inPixio Studio which I do not want and will not be using.

If not resolved within the next 36 hours I will be reporting your fraudulent practices to the BBB. I will not be responding to another one of your computer generated "we care so give us more information details" replies through trustpilot. I have given you all of the details in previous requests so it's quite simple to resolve. Refund my PP account with the total purchase price

The Application did not solve my problem although the advert appeared to say it would. ( fixing broken shortcuts ). So it was a waste of time getting the download. However the helpline staff were very polite and helpful and I got a full refund quick without hassle.
So 10 out of 10 for customer service but 0 for fix.

Not only with virtual assistance, but also with real dialog with colleague on the phone, I experienced a session of tremendous setting up in all details of a marvelous and very helpful new application.

the company refuses to issue a refund, the programs dont make my pictures look any better, they promise a refund if you are not happy, now they offer 25% off something i dont want

from PC Help Soft support....it was easy to follow which I appreciated as I'm not tech savvy at all, but Lea led me through my problem and persevered with me until I finally resolved my issue. Thanks Lea.

i paid for the program and expected it to be downloaded , no i saw it was going to be sent to me, i am waiting over a week and nothing yet. i have tried to contact the customer service 3 different days with emails but no responce, what terrible customer service
