Do not recommend unless you want to be disappointed
Really disappointing and terrible customer service – do not recommend at all. Constantly cancelling appointments, terrible, terrible terrible reply times – I had to email and message for weeks to get any response and she still cancelled my appointment at short notice because she didn’t respond in time and didn’t want to do a style I asked for. I have an appointment booked for tomorrow and I haven’t heard from her - I don’t know where it’s supposed to be, if she’ll cancel or if she’ll refund the $60 deposit. She charges a lot for appointments and a lot for hair so I really really wouldn’t trust her with your money at all. If you want to provide premium services, you need to back it up with premium customer service too. It’s a shame that black hairstylists in predominantly white countries act like this - probably because there aren’t that many stylists and they don’t think anyone will hold them accountable – white women don’t have to deal with this kind of treatment when they want to get their hair done. It’s really disappointing and very frustrating.
