I have reached out to return and ring that was incorrect size. I ordered correct size but received wrong size. I have reached out several times as to return the ring and get refunded to no avail.

The merchandise or the jewelry that I ordered were beautiful, I didn’t expect that much but the quality were good it exceeded my expectations. It took a bit longer to arrived though but it was worth the wait. Thank you. I am glad that I ordered such beautiful pieces.

I enjoy my purchase from Avalore very much. The only complaint I have is the length of time it took for the order to reach me. Otherwise, the earrings are comfortable, and the bracelets are very pretty. Thanks a lot for the experience.

Father and he had a drug issue I didn’t know about 😢😢 so I lost everything I am sleeping in my car, there are a lot of things and people I don’t trust because of my horrific childhood, 😢 I’m sorry I wish I could do more! one of the Bracelets i bought clasp wont open, so i cant wear if because i t cant be latched for safty.

This company is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. First they’ve been advertising for months now that it’s their last day of the sale and closing their doors. They are still opened and scamming customers. I purchased their 99.00 deal thinking it was truly their last day. I received the bracelets and earrings, I liked them. I then ordered an additional over 200.00 worth of merchandise. I received the second order and the quality was terrible, I could of spent 20.00 at the dollar store and purchased similar quality of jewelry. I contacted them wanting to return and get a refund. It turned into a nightmare. I’m stuck with this cheap quality jewelry and now the original first ordered that I actually liked have all turned from gold to a tarnished coppery color, and also starting to turn green on some of the areas. I tried getting my money back through PayPal but they are honoring them as I have received the merchandise. However that is not my issue, the merchandise is not damaged or broken, it’s just cheap terrible quality. Like I said similar to fake jewelry I can pick up for a few dollars at any over the counter store, not worth 300.00 total. This is a scam and they should not be allowed to get away with this and @PayPal should not be allowing scammers to get away with this.

Merchandise was great. Marketing was great. It showed the merchandise in a very nice set up. The shipping was great in that, you always let me know when to expect my shipment. I don’t remember the dates on which I ordered, but I counted my little Avalore gift bags I received with each order and I have 7 bags.

When I wanted to cancel an order they said it was too late. So I got it and they really didn't want me to return it so they offered a discount and I took it, but I really should have canceled it since I now have items that I don't want and will donate.

The shipment will be for my grandchildren to enjoy. I could never afford these beauties without your sale. Thank you so much!

The jewelry is beautiful but all of the rings are too big--I wish I had purchased a size 6 instead of a size 7.

They took care of all of my concerns and refunded one item.

I had to return some items because I will never be able to wear them and you did give my 50% off but I still lost 50.00 and I live on SS 1,100 a month. It was not as easy to return as you had said jt would be. So I was wrong for believing I guess .
