Great, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service, and prices comparable to the best I have seen on the web. Well worth travelling to Street in Somerset for this level of quality. Today I have bought a CO2 pistol from Avalon and I went into the shop with only a vague idea what I wanted. I was really impressed with the advice and support (some of my questions may have been slightly dumb). In a shop stocking splendid £4000 shotguns, I was made to feel like a valued customer as I handed over my £190. You can't get better than that, and I can recommend this company as A1.

Spoke with a couple of different sales guys on the phone on separate occasions to arrange a visit and look at some .22lr rifles. Each time, nothing was too much trouble and they answered all my questions.I visited the shop in Street and was immediately greeted with the offer of a drink which was a nice/simple touch. The guns were ready to view and I purchased one and p/x 'd another with a few extras thrown in. Whilst the admin was being completed I went and had lunch and on return everything was ready to go. Excellent service and I will definately use them again in the future... thank you!!

I recently stopped by Avalon Guns to take a look at a couple of air rifles, specifically the Gamo GX40 and Phox. Liam was incredibly accommodating, bringing both options out for me to examine thoroughly. I ultimately opted for the Gamo Phox package, and while he was getting it ready, Liam even made us a cup of coffee, which was a delightful touch. Once everything was prepared, he assisted me in loading the items into my car. The package I received included the rifle, pellets, and targets, all at a fantastic price. I am truly grateful to Avalon Guns, especially Liam, for their warm and outstanding service throughout my visit. Without a doubt, I plan on returning.

Fantastic supplier!! I have bought a few things of Avalon before on line with always the best of experience. I recently purchased an advertised “Mint” shotgun from them (on line) and true to their word it was absolutely as described!! I would highly recommend Avalon to anyone that wanted to deal with an honest /reliable / trustworthy supplier as you will not be disappointed!!

I recently bought a Browning B825 from Avalon Guns and have been using it for Clay Shooting. I am very pleased I chose this Gun Shop to purchase from as the Customer Service and after Sales from them has been excellent. I would highly recommend anyone who is purchasing any Shooting Equipment to regularly use them

Bought my latest (used) Air Rifle from these guys, hassle free and excellent customer service from Harry made buying an enjoyable experience from start to finish, first gun arrived damaged (thanks Parcel Farce) but Avalon replaced it as soon as the gun was returned. Only one error I found is my gun being described as "very good" condition - it should have said "immaculate".

Purchased a Browning shotgun 3 weeks ago and Nathan was sorting it out for me. Truely the best buying experience i have had, its a lot of money to spend on a gun i hadn't seen but knew it would fit ok. Nathan described it "as tight as a drum" and he was 100% correct. It only had x2 DS chokes and he offered me a set of 5 and a case that where as new for an extra tonn. Found me a B725 case and threw in an eye dominance bead. Purchased on 26/9 and arrived in a Northampton RFD on 27/9.. Thanks again Avalon and Nathan. I know where i will be coming for my next purchase! scores are improving already. Regards Richard

I've been dealing with Avalon Guns for over40 years and have always been completely happy with the guns I've bought and the deals offered - their customer service is second to none and they make you feel most welcome - highly recommended.

I have just purchased my first gun from Avalon Guns and what a fab bunch they are. Professional, helpful and made me feel very welcome even though everything I know about shooting you could write on one hand!! Tony was very helpful and informative and even came out with me on the range to make sure I could hit a target (which I did). Highly recommend.

I have now purchased 3 shotguns from Avalon Guns, Street, Somerset and have had the same experience every time. Professional, Polite and know their guns. I travel an hour and a half to visit Avalon and their service is exceptional. Some gun shops are only interested if you are spending £10,000 but not the guys at Avalon. I don't go anywhere else for my guns.

What a delightful little shop this is, plenty of choice and professional staff giving sound advice. Reminded me of being in my school Tuck Shop, goodies everywhere!

Had a fantastic experience with Jake in the shop. He seemed to be an expert in the Miruko shotgun I was after and we ended up agreeing a better price than my local gun shop could offer. Will be back again no doubt!
