Horrible experience with shipping/delivery
First of all, this is post is not about the product, but the delivery. We ordered a TV mount. As it weighted 18 kg, we made sure to choose a place of pick up that is close to our home. Then we got a note from Postnord that they cannot deliver it to that place, but another one that is 1.2 km away! There were no options offered, no possibility to do anything. I know that you are not Postnord, but given that the item itself cost nearly 5000 DKK, definitely much more attention, care and quality customer service can be expected from your part regarding how your products are delivered/ how your delivery partner is treating your customer.

Liars, multiple times
Placed my order on a Monday, well before the same-day shipment counter went down but had to learn the hard way that this is only for domestic shipment, not international. Not a single statement on the delivery notes.
Anyway, I paid for DHL-Express delivery, which should have been a same-day pickup (as of the early order) or at least next-day pickup, but package was sent on the 3rd day only.
On first contact they lied: they told me parcel was already picked up. I called DHL Denmark who confirmed the seller did not send the item yet.
On second contact they didn't even apologise, at least the confirmed the pack is still in their warehouse. ...but they also didn't even try to order an immediate pickup yet!?
On the 3rd contact they lied again: they told me DHL Express has only Mo-We-Fr pickups. I called DHL Denmark again and they confirmed they would have do a daily pickup but the shipment order they got had only the Wed - 3rd day - pickup.
Now I missed my packed for Xmas, and while I paid the DHL Express delivery, I got what the standard delivery would have been. They should have - at least right before Xmas - be more consumer friendly and take care about orders and delivery.
They should have also tell the truth on the first contact. If they lied on the delivery which is easy to verify by the parcel number, what else would they lie about?

First of all we would like to thank you for shopping here at AV-Connection. Next I would like to apologize and I just want to state, that we absolutely do not lie to our customers. This situation has been a mix of lack of communication internally, new staff members and restrictions in our system/website. I totally understand why you react the way you do, and we will take this situation up in our team, so that this does not happen again. It is correct that we only get DHL picked up here 3 times a week at the moment, and that does not harmonize with the countdown timer we have on our website. We will absolutely make sure to fix that.
We are very sorry that your package did not arrive before christmas, but as you ordered the 21. of december i dont think, that it would have been in Hungary before Christmas anyway.
I will write you a personal email so that we can find a way to compensate you, and I hope that this can help a little on this matter.
