Very disappointed, they didn’t meet the 5 day target in which my vehicle should be delivered in, took them 7 days to deliver which was a 1h journey. 🤔 called many times and was told a bunch of lies, they was told we are open 8am-6pm. No problem they said it’s on its way 1pm. Around 5pm I called and asked what’s happening, I was told to wait should be here in an hour. But no show. Gave them another call at 8pm by this point I’m very frustrated. Again I was told they are close by and I’d get a call from the driver soon. So waited until 10pm still no show at this point I was tired and hungry so I gave up and went home. Even worse when I got home called again and I was told they won’t be coming 🤦🏻♂️ This company is very unprofessional they tell lies and they wouldn’t even tell me we’re my vehicle is so I can get it myself. Next morning I contacted the police for advice, I called auto renovations ROCHESTER AGAIN and told them if the vehicle is not here within 2h I’ll report it as stolen as they had it for so long and wouldn’t tell me the whereabouts. Finally got my vehicle after so much aggravation to find that the 2 sets of keys on the back seat was missing costing me more time and money every person I spoke to on the recovery team fed me a load of lies was cocky and rude on the phone. There are plenty independent recovery’s out there don’t waste your time or money on this crowd
