Poor customer service! They allegedly provide a 24hr service. Utter rubbish. Had to chase the job more than once, was promised an immediate call back. Still waiting.. This is just not acceptable. If you cannot do the job then inform the customer, don't leave them hanging. Your money is better spent elsewhere people.. Ps, it's cheaper elsewhere too!

Had a new recoded key some months ago, key broke and on phoning 15th January was given a date of 16th January.
Engineer arrived on the 16th and sorted out our problem quickly and efficiently.
Cannot praise them enough, especially our engineer.

The ignition barrel collapsed on our VW Touran, which left us stuck by the roadside waiting for recovery.
The recovery driver recommended AutoRecode for a repair (the recovery firm use them regularly), and it was certainly worth it.

Lynford came out to us within 4 days (they had a lot of jobs on), and the whole repair took around an hour and a half.

He explained the issue with the barrel, how the problem can arise, what steps can be taken to resolve it, and cut us a replacement key blade to replace a worn one.

He was chatty, polite, and absolutely professional throughout. Given that this is a very specialised field, a company could realistically charge whatever they liked, but the pricing from AutoRecode was not only very reasonable, but very fair as well.

They are absolute experts in this field, and conduct their business flawlessly. There is not a single thing I could point out as bad in any way!

This is a text book example of how to run a business properly, and how to conduct customer service.

I would recommend them without hesitation!

Following a super stressful situation whereby i was locked out of my car without a spare key. Decided to get a replacement made. It was super! In and out within an hour. I was talking to him for a bit while he worked and he didn't mind, and that made my day honestly! Absolutely awesome service, and the tracking was awesome too, you can see the whereabouts of the driver on their way to you. My car now has an exact spare key!

Following a traumatic week at our business, where we suffered a break in by some local -u--ers, the keys to one of our vans were taken. Liam and Lynford went out of there way to sort us out with new keys, new coding etc. Not a quick fix! Lynford persevered on a cold Saturday morning and in a couple of hours we were up and running.
