This company (in Paignton) diagnosed my cooker as faulty and sold me a new one. The new cooker didn't work due to blown house fuses. Cost to me £500. Foolishly I overlooked their mistake. Many months later my Washing Machine failed (so they said) and sold me a new one. Installation was so bad it destroyed part of my kitchen units !
