Hi replying to your response that you have put to my review, I have done less than 100 miles in the van driving it back from Milton Keynes and to a independent vw garage that inspected the vehicle not 2000 miles that’s a joke, iv been in contact with your after sales team and they said that the vehicle would be collected on the 24th of April and no one ever showed up to collect it, iv phoned them over 20 times in the past 4 days with no answer, the reason I can’t drive it back up to yourselves is because there is 2 trailer tyres fitted to the front wheels of the van which are not road legal!!!! Also there is still an engine light on the van and it is in limp mode with black thick smoke blowing out the back of the van which I have been advised not to drive by a vw specialist this has been going on for over a month now with no outcome!!!

Would give ZERO STARS if I could. We bought a minibus for a school in Swansea who had theirs stolen. This was explained to the sales representative multiple times. The mini bus is not fit for purpose and deemed unsafe by the Local Authority, the company are not accepting they sold a rust bucket that’s not fit to put a dog in never mind a child. Avoid at all costs. We have been passed from pillow to post for a week now. They claim the 150 miles which was delivered by their driver from their garage to the school is a months worth of mileage on a minibus that’s been sat at the LA garage since delivery because the minibus failed the PSV MOT!!! The after sales representative has been as useful as a chocolate teapot.

How can They be an AA approved dealership when they sell vehicles full off faults and rust?

We bought a vehicle to support a school in swansea that had recently had their vehicle stolen and vandalised to help in resuming normalith for children.

After trying to contact aftersales via phone for over a week we finnaly got correspondeces from s.fahad stating that they would not be accepting responsibility and these should have been checked.

we would of checked if we wasnt based 250+ miles away and completing a distance sale based on assurance and trust that telling the sales person SARA the purpose of this purchase MULTIPLE times throughout the sale!

The video posted on the sales add there was no rust present!

Safe to say the inspection only lasted to the ramps and just by the undercarriage of the vehicle, it was failed!

Rust affecting the whole of the underside being able to fit whole hands into the holes!

No morals
