Any company who's main site is auto enrolment.co.uk I wouldn't trust them.
Both the companies these people CLAIM that my pension is with, are both based in the same building in west Midlands,both have closed their operations and both where owned by the same Indian family.
Do not touch this company
As an employer, very easy and quick to set up a scheme for my staff. Their on-boarding process was very smooth and simple and when I have had problems their customer service team have responded on the live chat (although with some delay of around 20-40 minutes) with exactly the information I needed. So far, very pleased.
Signed up and I had some questions. 24 emails later and no one has come back to me!!! Really bad customer service.
