Failed purches: I paid but got no ticket
I tried to buy a ticket on this website mid of september but the process failed. I did not receive a ticket but still got 80€ taken from my credit card. I wrote the company an email on the same day and some more the following days (also using the contact formular on their page) but I got no answer to this day.
I think the buses are okay but the customer service is not good and I might have to get legal advice on how to get my money back.
