Ignores it's own clients!

I have sold 13 books which still have not been delivered to my customers. The royalty dollar amount is totally wrong. I cannot load my 12th book. When I try to load the site doesn't accept. I paid to have the Ebook, Soft cover, ANF hard cover yet none of my books in my store offers hard covers AND several books don't offer the Ebook even those it shows on my page when I edit, that everything was entered correctly and accepted.
I spent 7 days and nights getting a non reply from the BOT. I have yet to speak with it recurve an email from a Real person.
I am extremely upset with the lack of help from this company, Books.by which is owned by The Authors Inc.
This company is taking advantage of a senior citizen, a woman with terminal cancer, and I really need help and I'm not getting it.
