Needed an item but the Seller in Australia wouldn't ship to Ausff. AusFF collected it on my behalf and shipped it out to me in Barbados. Shipping was fast and the cost was reasonable.

AusFF has a great system in place
I wasn't sure what to expect with using AusFF for a package - the service seemed legit, but I couldn't be sure, and their website seems a little dated. But alas, I was able to get something shipped from Australia to North America, and shipping times were pretty fast. Their system is set up so that I knew what was happening every step of the way. I'll admit I was pretty skeptical, and was shipping something pretty fragile, but they did a great job double wrapping it. My package got to me super timely and in one piece! I was even able to request pre-travel photos of the package to ensure they had properly received it. I'll definitely use them again if I ever have to buy something from Australia again.
