AuroIn send out SEO spam from random Gmail accounts with fake names. Their spam template is a 'best of' best of bits taken from various SEO spam. I asked for a report and it wasn't worth the paper that it wasn't printed on. Their website says their in the USA, but 'Samantha' who replied from AuroIn said in her email to me that they're in India. Hmmmmm.

This was the worst company I have ever worked with to do my website. Logan Johnston ignores complaint issues. He never answers phone calls and head office takes messages but never returns them. It took from January 2018 to July 29, 2018, to get anything from them after payment. I had to go to Jaynet and finally, he fired the web designer only to place him back on doing my website. The errors continuously made by them was unbelievable. Do yourself a favour and avoid them and don't believe what the rating is by BBB, its fake.

We have reached the top 10 in Google searches for various key terms. For certain keywords, we are in the top five. We are very satisfied with those results. They follow deadlines and work with complete integrity and transparency. They have done a great job with scheduling and having meetings to make sure that we are always caught up on where the projects stand.

They understand things from a business perspective and give good directions. They’re very flexible and easy. We've embarked on some really crazy ideas that we thought would never amount to anything and, quite conversely, they've turned out to be really cool campaigns with really great results. Do not hesitate to use them.

I ordered SEO services from AuroIN. This is probably the worst customer service I got in my whole life. No service was provided whatsoever. At some point they sent me a content to be posted on my Facebook and Google+ pages. Here are some of the "gems" from this content:

After I requested a refund, they started to transfer me from department to department. Finally they agreed to provide a refund. Final message that I got from them:
"My accounts team has informed me that due to unavailability of funds in the PayPal account they are not able to send the funds."
