Avoid! They change your call plan without informing you. Resulting in being charged for calling numbers that were previously free! Customer service is terrible. They are rude and unhelpful!

Poor unusable card
Have tried to use this card in various countries overseas without success. Despite all attempts did not work in the Philippines,Canada and Costa Rica.Total waste of money

Do not buy - does not work
Do not use this company. The travel sim is impossible to use - customer service are not at all helpful. Had to replace phone and sim twice - still couldn't get it to work properly - gave up. Company would not refund credit balance on sim card.

They are just taking money not giving the service. The worst network but the most money. I would rate them as -5 Stars.

mis-selling liars!
If i could give this company no stars i would, bought a Traveltalk sim after they quotedit as having a UK number only to find out it isn't meaning people calling it get charged a small fortune, their customer service is rubbish and they just updated their website to say its not a UK number and pointed me to that page. Complaint now raised with ombudsman and through Ofcom

In order to get the correct charges from your Service Provider to our number, the charge band ‘FM11’ is to be quoted. We aim to deal fairly, accurately and promptly with all queries and issues identified by our customers.
In the FAQ on our website we mention the below:
Will it be expensive for others to call me?
Calls made to your Traveltalk SIM number from the UK should be charged as Band FM11.
BT: 16.8 pence per minute.
UK Mobile networks: Most networks will charge between 20-35 pence per minute, as per calling a UK mobile. It is at the network providers' discretion as to whether calls are inclusive in any free calls you have.
We advise customers to check with their telephone provider for up to date charges.
