Very disappointing. I brought my 2015 Audi in for service for an oil light issue. Believing I was doing the right thing bringing it to an Audi dealer that specializes in these cars, I was sadly mistaken. I informed them I was taking a trip down South and after a hefty 4 figure bill I left with full confidence. Within three hours of driving to visit our daughter and grandkids the light appeared as bold as ever. After calling service from the road and getting no real resolve, I continued adding oil when needed and using the car rarely in our travels. On our way back to New England, knowing I was taking the car in to be re-evaluated the engine light goes on driving the Merritt Parkway. Bringing the car in and hoping for an amiable resolution, I was presented an estimate approaching 5 figures. Having dealt with their "Beyond Reproach" stance, my only option was to trade in the vehicle at a much lower valuation at another dealership and making the best of a difficult, and I believe avoidable situation. What my experience represents to others, unless you have bought the car there, covered with warranties, the expression "Caveat emptor" comes to mind. I wish I had been told before, so to have avoided this experience! Thank you Dennis j
