I was checking for Twilio complaints when I arrived at this website. Twilio support directly refunded me and suspended my account instead of helping, while Vonage (to set up a number) and Audiofiles (to set up a sip connection to my number provider) provided great help. I thought leaving a message on Audiocodes to thanks them instead of adding a complaint to the already badly reviewed Twilio would be a more positive thing to do...
