Audio Affair have been great start to finish. Wanted to upgrade my HIFI system and gave these guys a call. Chap on the phone (Joey) was really helpful. Gave me lots of advice on the items I was thinking about and sent over some prices for a deal. Said I would think it over and get back to them. After searching multiple HIFI online stores after a few days I found each item I wanted at a cheaper price than Audio Affair was originally offering, so I was set on ordering from different places, but Joey got in touch to see if I had made up my mind. I told him about the lower prices, and after a check, he said that they will price match each item and would also offer a great deal on 0% finance. I was really happy and placed the order. Audio affair got in touch a few days later to say the speakers I had ordered had a slight delivery delay from the manufacturer and they offered me a large discount on another set of speakers from the same manufacturer that they had in stock to save me waiting. What great Customer service. I didn’t take them up on the offer as the other speakers were too big for my space but I was really impressed with them. I can’t fault the ordering process or their support. I will definitely be using them again, and can wholeheartedly recommend these guys based on the service I received.

I had a bad experience dealing with this company. I ordered a drive belt online for my record player which was advertised as being in original packaging & with next day delivery. Having not received my item after 2 days I emailed the store to chase them up, but had no reply. Eventually after 4 days the item arrived, but was completely wrong. I emailed them again, but I have yet to have had a response from them. I have now ordered my drive belt elsewhere, so won't be dealing with this supplier again.

I wanted to order a certain cartridge. It wasn't in stock and would take more time than I had, to arrive, so I spent some time with one of their reps making sure the one they had got was the right one for me. I am ever grateful for that, as the replacement was much better than my old one, and only slightly more expensive. So helpful, and I'm so grateful, Thanks.

Over the past 18 / 24 months I have been up grading my HiFi system. The last upgrade was Cryus PX2 power supply for my Cryus Cdi.

Great company, great delivery and always good products

First time using Audio Affair. Ordered headphones at 2.30 on the 4th of Feb and received them at 1 o'clock on the 5th. That's great service ( including from DPD ) Very happy with the Sennheiser RS 175 headphones which I purchased at a lower price than most other companies are selling them at. Everything perfect.
