Dear Chandra,

For privacy reasons, we cannot discuss another trader’s account with third parties.

To clarify, no new agreement exists beyond the goodwill resolution already offered to Mayank on top of the full refund of his challenge fee already processed.

This remains our final position, and we encourage him to contact us directly instead of involving third parties just for the sake of harming us.

Best regards,

Professional firm, real execution and structured support for serious traders

My experience with Audacity Capital has been excellent from day one. One of the key highlights is that their price execution is accurate and smooth, even during evaluation phases — a clear sign that they operate under real market conditions, with no artificial delays or price manipulation. This is crucial for any serious trader.

The support is well-integrated directly within the client dashboard, allowing for quick and efficient communication with their team. I’ve received fast and clear answers every time, without the need for external emails or third-party channels.

In addition, the information they provide is well-organized and transparent: rules, conditions, metrics, and next steps are clearly laid out. Everything is designed to give the trader full clarity and confidence throughout the process.

Audacity Capital also offers very attractive funding opportunities, with no hidden traps. If you show consistency, they are ready to scale you and support your growth with real capital.

In summary, this is a professional and trustworthy firm, perfectly suited for traders who are serious about taking their skills to the next level.
Highly recommended.

Worst prop firm ever

Worst prop firm ever! For the 3 times in less then one month I couldn’t close my transactions or to open others. I tried many times to contact then by email or phone but nothing. They supposed to return around 700$ because one trade I couldn’t close due to their fault (technically) and nothing till now. I had an account of 15k last year and this year one account of 120k, with them, but I will not make the mistake to work again with Audacity. For me looks like scam. In videos/tutorials and YouTube looks like they are the best trusted prop firm, but in reality they don’t even come back with a reply to your email ever! Shame!

Hello Beniamin,
Hope you're doing well.

We truly value your feedback and understand your frustration. We recognize that handling and accepting losses is one of the biggest challenges in our industry.

After carefully reviewing your case, we can confirm that compensation was issued to your account on 17th June, following a thorough internal investigation. The issue at that time was the result of a server-related error. We took immediate steps to identify the root cause and have since implemented technical improvements to ensure it does not happen again.

Your account was later breached on 11th July due to the violation of the daily drawdown level. We appreciate your honest feedback, and we will be working hard to improve our overall user experience. Since our inception in 2012, we have consistently operated with a commitment to transparency and fairness, ensuring that profits are distributed to traders worldwide on a daily basis.

Hello.
I hope you're doing well.

As per our records your last account with us was over an year ago, we went through your accounts and noticed most of them were breached via violating the drawdown rule.

We understand that sometimes our old dashboard wasn’t up to the mark, and we have launched our new dashboard back in September last year and it has been working accurately. However, for accounts that were on the old dashboard once we received those request, we conduct a thorough review of the account and if any violations are detected, the accounts are breached accordingly like it happened in your case.

Our support team also tried to reach out to you in case you need additional information regarding any of your accounts. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@audacitycapital.co.uk if you have further questions.

We appreciate your feedback, but we must express our disappointment at being unfairly accused of wrongdoing. Since 2012, we've been operating following the principles of transparency and fairness, distributing profits to traders worldwide on a daily basis.

ATTENTION, IT'S A SCAM

It's a scam!! Don't buy accounts from them. I bought just one account to see what it was like. When they went to give me the real one, they told me they wouldn't give it to me because I'd broken a rule... Turns out, that rule doesn't exist in their databases!! I proved to them I hadn't broken any rules... I asked for a refund, but they won't give me my money back or give me the real account!! IT'S A SCAM

Update...they tried to delete my review so that the truth wouldn't be seen...but luckily TRUSTPILOT works very well and they left it!!

How can they kick you out for doing something that's allowed by their rules? If you use a hedge strategy on your own account, and even more so if you only have one account, the rules clearly state that it is allowed! How can they say you use arbitrage when there's a huge difference between one trade and another? As I said, they use any excuse they can to avoid giving you your real account. Of course, they keep your money.

They accuse you of doing GRID when it has nothing to do with GRID... I mean, they can use any excuse to kick you out, but I repeat... they keep your money.

Oh, and stop reporting negative reviews... Luckily, my review was reviewed and fully published, so you responded... but first, you tried to forcefully delete it...

NEWS
Incredible!! I just posted it on their Discord channel... and they deleted my messages and kicked me out!!! They don't want their fraud to be exposed.

Hello Pedro,
I hope you're doing well.

We truly value your feedback and understand your frustration. We recognize that handling and accepting losses is one of the biggest challenges in our industry.

As mentioned in our earlier email, following a detailed review by our risk team, your trades were flagged for using strategies classified as hedging and grid-style trading. Upon further analysis, the trading activity also closely resembled arbitrage, which is strictly prohibited under our trading rules.

Typically, accounts engaged in such activity are directly breached. However, since this was your first attempt with us, we’re offering a one-time courtesy retry starting from the challenge phase, provided you revise your trading approach to comply with the rules.

Please note that as per our policy, once an account has been traded, we are can not process a refund. That said, you're welcome to redeem the code provided to you and begin a new challenge phase if you'd like to try again, this time adhering fully to the permitted strategies.

We appreciate your feedback, but we must express our disappointment at being unfairly accused of wrongdoing. Since 2012, we've been operating following the principles of transparency and fairness, distributing profits to traders worldwide on a daily basis.

We wish you good luck in your trading career.

fraudulent prop firm

Before going to Trustpilot I tried 3 times to find mutual agreement and not to make this issue public. And I warned them twice about negative review on Trustpilot. But as I see they don't care about their reputation.

I didn't realise how fraudulent these guys are.
When I opened Trustpilot I saw plenty of same things I stumbled with in my experience with them (equity-based drawdown, dollar-cost averaging, refusal to make payout). All the same. They will always find the reason why not to pay you.
I don't know why I didn't check reviews beforehand. It's my fault.

I write this post for 2 reasons:
1) I want to put 1-star to Audacity because they really-really worth it.
2) To warn new guys who don't yet realise who they really are.

Hello Картельян,
Hope you're doing well.

We truly value your feedback and understand your frustration. We recognize that handling and accepting losses is one of the biggest challenges in our industry.

Please note that the daily drawdown threshold is calculated from balance or equity whichever is higher during the day's rollover. However, within the day if your bal or equity goes above the previous day's balance or equity whichever was higher then the daily drawdown threshold also gets calculated from the new equity high. Please refer to the below article carefully on how the daily drawdown calculation works. https://audacitycapital.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/21203345549970-What-are-the-criteria-involved-in-determining-daily-drawdown-and-maximum-drawdown-within-the-Ability-Challenge-program-at-Audacity-Capital

Your equity made a high and went till $10,971.18 at 08:29 server time and your daily drawdown threshold was set at $10,422.621 from the highest equity, and your equity went till $10,422.31 below the threshold level, violating the daily drawdown threshold. We have attached the proofs below:

Liability as soon as you're winning

Guys, just FYI.

I've been with audacity since December 2024, never had an issue. Got 4 payouts and apart from them taking a lot of time there never was any issue.
As of recently they have banned my account for hedging, which is completely not true and I've appealed the ban multiple times, without result. (Proof with IP address and Devide-ID's were just completely ignored and made up)
To me it seems Audacity is fine as long as you keep on buying challenges and as soon as you start winning you are a liability for them, hence why there are no 480k+ accounts.

Do with it whatever you want, I'm happy I got the 4 payouts but should've sticked with the regular more known firms as this was a waste of time basically.

Hello Joep,
I hope you're doing well.

We truly value your feedback and understand your frustration. We recognize that handling and accepting losses is one of the biggest challenges in our industry.

As outlined in our previous correspondence, including the screenshots we provided, your account underwent a thorough review as part of our routine internal compliance and risk assessments. During this process, several risk-related alerts were triggered by our system. Upon closer analysis, we identified multiple red flags pointing to unusual activity.

Specifically, we observed a pattern of trades on your account that were either mirrored or hedged by another profile. These findings were carefully validated, and the relevant evidence was shared with you to ensure transparency.

Despite the clear breach of our platform rules, we made a considered decision to honor your most recent withdrawal request before applying the account breach enforcement. This decision was not made lightly. It was a gesture of goodwill, in recognition of the time and effort you’ve dedicated to trading with us, and to provide a fair and balanced resolution given the circumstances.

It’s also important to note that prior to this incident, you successfully received a total of $9,403.64 in payouts from our platform. The decision to classify the account as breached was only taken after the violations were identified and substantiated with evidence, which we have since shared with you.

We appreciate your feedback, but we must express our disappointment at being unfairly accused of wrongdoing. Since 2012, we've been operating following the principles of transparency and fairness, distributing profits to traders worldwide on a daily basis.

The company violated its own rules, in order to cheat...

The company violated its own rules about the Daily Maximum Equity Drawdown (DMaxEDD). They say that they set this limit at the daily rollover time (about 22:00 GMT). At 5:00 am, I was in a trade that netted $35K in their challenge contest. They disqualified me because the equity (not account balance) had grown to $49K before I closed the trade. The cheat was they were adjusting the DMaxEDD "during" the trade, not at the fixed rollover time. Why would they do this? My theory is that they don't have the money to payout on such lucrative Expert Advisors. They only trade demo (simulated) accounts and make their money off of keeping challenge fees (even if it requires them to steal them). They are a scam. This is a shame, because if they traded with real money, or at least did trade-copying, both the trader and they would become profitable via profit sharing. My advice is to only work with prop firms that trade real account money.

The response given below from Audacity Capital is a lie. The balance and equity at the start of the day was not $139K, it was around $109K, which was below the initial challenge start of $120K. They did not calculate the equity increase at the day's rollover time, instead they computed it multiple times during the approximate 15-minute trade. On paper they disabled the account because I took a $35K profit instead of a $50K profit. Both were winning trades, but cheaters and scam artists know how to steal. I just hope that no one else gets scammed by them. Traders be aware; they do not trade real money; hence they cannot pay you large profits. They can only give you small payoffs from their collection of challenge fees. Yes, It's a Ponzi scheme! Run, don't walk away from them!

One thing I am frustrated with trust pilot is that the reviewers cannot reply against to the disputed companies. I clearly mentioned to Audacity team those videos cannot be sent via email and requested alternative method but still they act like innocents. I am not sure how far I can trust both Trust pilot and Audacity capital. In fact I tried to reply to my previous dispute and due to lack of facility by Trust pilot I am unable to write reviews about my previous content. I think it’s a bloody wastage of time to write reviews in trust pilot as it is more supportive to big companies.

Can I rate them zero stars?!

Honestly, based on my experience, I'd say steer clear of this prop firm. I bought two Ability Challenge accounts back in July '24, passed one ($120k funded), the other still evaluating.

Got one payout in Dec '24 after hitting profit targets and consistency rules.

Then, on Jan 22nd '25, while trading well with around $9.5k profit banked and over $3k in open profit, Audacity's Risk Dept suddenly suspended my account. Their reason? Issues with their liquidity provider – nothing to do with my trading.

After eight days and a load of back and forth chasing, my account was finally back online. BUT – they'd wiped out $4,936.28 of my already banked profit, AND they cancelled open trades showing $3,105.61 profit – completely erased them. That's $8,041.89 profit gone.

Their email gave a bunch of vague reasons for the exclusions and cancellations, all their fault with the liquidity provider. They claimed it hit other traders too.

I was totally professional in all my messages, trying to get proper explanations and my money back.

I asked for specific reasons for each excluded trade, since they said they investigated – they never provided any. Just the same generic stuff repeated.

They flat-out refused any compensation, just saying "liquidity provider problem, our policy allows this."

I asked for the policy they were talking about – they never sent it.

Meanwhile, I kept trading and making profit.

Trying to recover the lost profit and keep things civil, I even offered a few solutions, and they finally, reluctantly, agreed to bump my payout from 75% to 85% to help me claw it back over time.

After generating even more profit, I put in another withdrawal for $2,176.03 profit – they denied it! Account closed, completely banned from trading with them ever again. Their excuse? "Dollar Cost Averaging" (DCA), which they said is a prohibited strategy.

Again, professionally, I told them I don't use DCA and offered a Zoom call to share my screen and show them my entire setup – even offered ideas to prove my trading was fine. They refused. To be clear, my trading style and strategy hadn’t changed in all the time I’d traded with them from July ‘24! But now, after I’ve generated great profit in a short amount of time, they have an issue with it!

I thought about legal action to get the money back, but honestly, it'd be a long shot, more money down the drain. Better to put my energy into legit prop firms.

So, they've denied me $10,217.92 total profit, banned me, refused to understand my trading properly, never sent their "policy," couldn't say how many others were affected by their "liquidity issues" (and no one else mentioned it anywhere online!), couldn't give specific reasons for trade exclusions and only had an unjustified issue with my trading after I’ve tried withdrawing great profits from them.

I've got all the emails and proof.

I bet they'll come back with their usual line about me supposedly exploiting their conditions and using a banned style – which is completely false, and I can prove it, but they don't want to listen.

If they were allowing trading of real funds, they'd have sorted this out with me when I was making good profit. Instead, they just shut me down with no justified explanation, no policy to back it up, and without hearing the facts - I was obviously costing them money as I'd guess they only offer “simulated” accounts.

Seriously, avoid them now before they do the same to you.

Hi Dave,
I hope you're doing well.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We genuinely value your input and completely understand your frustration.

We're truly sorry that you feel disappointed with how things have turned out. We want to assure you that we have always acted in good faith and have remained transparent throughout the process.

To recap, you received two payouts on your Live account, one in January and another in February amounting to a total of $9,822.29. During your second payout, we did face some issues on our end related to our liquidity provider, which led to the removal of certain trades. At the time, we discussed this with you and came to a mutual agreement regarding the resolution and processed the agreed payout amount.

Regarding your most recent account, we found three instances of averaging, which is a direct violation of the trading rules. These violations ultimately led to the account breach. The relevant trade data and evidence were shared with you via our previous email conversation.

We appreciate your honest feedback, and we will be working hard to improve our overall user experience. Since our inception in 2012, we have consistently operated with a commitment to transparency and fairness, ensuring that profits are distributed to traders worldwide on a daily basis.

We truly value your feedback and understand your frustration. We recognize that handling and accepting losses is one of the biggest challenges in our industry.

After a thorough review of your account, we have found that you violated the maximum drawdown limit on 12th December. Your equity went till $6,920 whereas your maximum drawdown level was set at $8,500.

Proof: https://ibb.co/9HTbSwbW

Hello Emmanouil,
I hope you're doing well.

We truly value your feedback and understand your frustration. We recognize that handling and accepting losses is one of the biggest challenges in our industry.

After a thorough review of your account, we found that your accounts were traded from a device that was used and traded by a different profile as well. This is a serious breach of our terms of service, as account trading and shared usage of accounts are strictly prohibited.

As previously communicated, we have already provided you with all the relevant evidence from MetaTrader via email. It is important to uphold fair trading practices, and misuse of the platform to gain an unfair advantage undermines the integrity of the system.

Additionally, it’s extremely unprofessional to blame the company where you yourself were abusing the platform. While we understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, we must enforce our policies consistently to ensure a fair trading environment for all users.

If you require any further clarification, please do not hesitate to respond to our email. We are happy to address any remaining concerns.

We wish you all the best in your trading journey.

Title:
Unfair Disqualification After Passing Challenge — Avoid This Firm

Review:
I joined AudaCity Capital’s Ability Challenge, paid the full fee, and successfully passed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 while meeting every trading requirement: profit target, max loss rules, consistency score, and trading days.

During Phase 1, I received a warning about using a DCA (dollar-cost averaging) strategy. I acknowledged it and continued trading. They still allowed me to proceed to Phase 2 — where I again followed the rules and passed.

After completing the challenge successfully, AudaCity Capital suddenly disabled my account and denied the funded stage, citing the earlier use of DCA. If it were such a violation, they should have stopped me during the challenge — not after I passed. This feels like a deliberate setup to avoid paying out or providing a refund.

Their Terms & Conditions are vague, and the enforcement is inconsistent and unfair. I was not disqualified during the challenge, yet I was punished after succeeding — with no refund and no funding. Support simply said, “The decision is final.”

If you’re considering this firm — be very careful. They appear professional on the outside but operate with questionable fairness on the inside.

Thank you for your response.

Yes — I received a warning after Phase 1 regarding DCA, and I acknowledged it. However, you still allowed me to proceed to Phase 2. If my strategy was so unacceptable, it should have resulted in immediate disqualification — not after I passed the entire challenge and met all your rules.

The fact that I completed every single requirement — profit target, drawdown limits, consistency, trading days — and was declared successful, only to be denied funding after success, is what I call unfair enforcement. That is the key issue.

You claim I agreed not to use DCA in Phase 2, yet you didn’t monitor, warn, or stop me during that phase. Instead, you waited until I passed, then retroactively disqualified me. That’s the kind of behavior traders should be warned about.

I stand by my review and my refund request.

Hello Masud,
I hope you're doing well.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.

Upon reviewing your Phase 1 account, we identified the use of a prohibited strategy - DCA. As a result, we issued a warning explaining the violation and advised you not to continue with this strategy in your Phase 2 account. You acknowledged this warning at the time and agreed to comply with our guidelines.

However, despite this, the same prohibited strategy was used in your Phase 2 account, leading to its termination. The evidence supporting this decision was shared with you via email. It is important to note that in your review, you omitted the fact that you continued using the prohibited strategy in Phase 2.

While we value all feedback, we must express our disappointment at being unfairly accused of wrongdoing. We operate with transparency and fairness and expect the same integrity from traders when they share their experiences.

We wish you the best in your trading journey.

Hello Sankaku,
Hope you’re doing well.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, however, we're a bit confused as we could not locate your email address in our system. We tried to search by your name too, but still, we couldn’t find any record of you having a profile with us so this seems like a deliberate intent to discriminate and harm our community.

Regarding challenge fees, our rates were previously slightly higher than other firms. However, we have recently reduced them. The Ability Challenge fees (2-phase model) are now in line with industry standards. Additionally, our drawdown limits are among the highest in the industry, with a maximum drawdown of 15% and a daily drawdown of 7.5% during the challenge phase.

If you have any questions or concerns about your account, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support team at support@audacitycapital.co.uk from your registered email with us. We’d love to address any specific concerns if you’d like to reach out directly to our support team.

Audacity Capital did not give me a live…

Audacity Capital did not give me a live account even though I passed both phases with a good win ratio. They refused to provide me with a live account, claiming that I used a DCA strategy, which I didn’t. These are just excuses from their side. No one should trust them. If anyone needs proof, I can provide it.
