was going to purchase a property using these guys but decided to view a couple of online auctions prior to doing so. Thank goodness I did, what an unprofessional bunch these people are, video feed is as stable as a 1990's connection, their guide price is actually their starting bid and not the actual property worth.

Admittedly as a first-timer in the auction world I was a little naive, but my small purchase of a tiny plot of land ended up costing substantially more than the amount bid (over 50% of the purchase price) because of additional “fees”.
