We recently sold our apartment in Greystones with Auctioneera and were absolutely delighted with the overall service. From the outset, communication and responsiveness from Robert were excellent, and his initial consultation, informative, knowledgeable, and reassuring, really solidified our decision to proceed with Auctioneera. The professionalism and conduct of the entire team, both online and over the phone, were consistently outstanding.

The marketing quality was superb, with excellent photos that helped drive strong interest. Viewings were handled clearly and efficiently, and we particularly valued the summaries provided after each one, as well as the detailed bidder profiles that gave us a full picture throughout the process. The transparent bidding platform made the experience enjoyable and exciting for both us and the bidders, allowing everyone to see updates in real time.

The system is incredibly efficient at getting people through the door, and Robert’s expertise and market knowledge were evident at every stage. The fees were transparent, fair, and absolutely worth it.

If all the other parties involved in property sales, solicitors, management companies, banks etc operated to the same standard as Auctioneera, buying and selling property in this country would be a far more straightforward experience. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Auctioneera.

Our sales negotiator Lee Walsh was extremely helpful and honestly could not have been more accommodating.
This is the second time we have had Lee sell our property and indeed the third time to have used Auctioneera.
The overall price was considerably lower than elsewhere however we have a good deal of experience in using estate agents from both sides of the deal and Auctioneera is at least at an equal level and mostly above some other estate agents.
I would be very happy to recommend Auctioneera on both costs and services.

I have bought and sold my house through Auctioneera. I have been dealing with team in the office throughout the process and could not recommend Auctioneera highly enough. Always accessible, always efficient, always of great advice and always friendly!
Their online platform 'just works' exactly like it says on the tin...the last few moments before a bidding deadline are both exhilarating (when you sell) and stressful (when you buy) but at least there is instant certainty!! The backend is simple to use and the feedback logged by the agent after each visit is as concise as it is informative.
Costs wise, everything is upfront, there are no surprises, and the final bill is exactly as stated from the onset of dealing with them.
All in all, congratulations to Auctioneera's team on buying and selling jobs well done and I would most certainly have no hesitation recommending Auctioneera for any property deal.
